The staff here were professional and very friendly (this business is now a Monro Muffler/Brake). The prices were more than reasonable and I had a very non-pressure experience. The staff didnt push for extra services and listened to what I needed to have done and worked to get it done fast. I brought my car in without an appointment and they were able to get the parts from the warehouse, perform the work and be done within 4 hours. Excellent service, excellent staff. I will be a returning customer.

My husband & I have taken both our cars to Lentz and had great experiences with them. They are friendly, nice and have great prices. The staff is great- they explain everything to you without making you feel like a moron (something I frequently experienced at Midas). When my husbands exhaust system was crazy LOUD, Lentz quoted me $900 but suggested not putting that kind of money into the car because it was older and did a cheaper version for me to work with our budget. No other car repair place has done that for us. I love that they tell you what you NEED done, not what would make them more money. We recommend them to everyone! Great service, good prices, nice staff!

I got an alignment today at Lentz in Jenison. They drove the car before and after the alignment, explained everything well, and had a reasonable price.I went there because the online reviews were high. Im glad that I can add another great review. Ill be using their services the next time I need anything done on my cars.
