From beginning to end these guys are 5 stars. The lady that answered the phone and scheduled the time for the work to be done was friendly and courteous. The installer, Tiger, was right on time. He was a very nice man and the work was done in a timely manner. The price cant be beaten either. If you are reading these reviews, save yourself some time and just schedule the install with Glass Works, there is no better service or price in Tulsa.
The customer service from Will and Jay was great they arrive head of scheduled appointment time and was nice as ever. The price was the cheapest in time for my specific window which was great deal compared to other places where I got the quote. I would highly recommend these guys for any window replacements.
This company was amazing. Called this morning first thing and they were here by 10. They were friendly and cleaned up all the glass. I would use this company again and will refer to all my friends, keep up the good work
I would highly recommend this place. I had what I thought was a leak from the windshield seal, that turned out to be a sunroof drainage issue. They were prompt, found the source of the leak, and cleaned it out. Since no products were used they didnt even charge me. And the best part is they come to you. Great company! Definitely will use them again in the future.
Replaced the power window regulator and motor that another auto shop in town had installed about 2 years ago. Glass Works came to our house and completed the repair work for 60% less cost than I paid the other shop! Great service and obviously very fair price!

I appreciated good communications and follow thru with this company. Glass tech. called prior to my repair and finished within 30 min., as office suggested. Also pricing with minimal in comparison with other companies. I highly recommend their service .
The technician was very helpful. He came out to help me with a leaky windshield, only to discover the windshield wasnt the problem at all. He was very responsive to my questions and helped me figure out the next step to take.
Called first thing on a Saturday morning with a broken passenger window. They came out within a couple of hours to my home and got it all fixed, glass cleaned out of my car, and at $30 cheaper than another leading repair place that couldnt get to me for 3 days. Would definitely recommend.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called Glass Works to repair a rock chip on my windshield. On the afternoon of 7/29, they came to my office to fix it. I did not have my keys on me to help the tech get inside my vehicle but he assured me he could still repair the chip without any problems. Once I get off work that evening, I notice a big crack spreading out from where the repair was. I called that evening and left a voicemail. After I did not hear back, I called again later the next day. Debbie, (Im thinking her title is office manager because she is who I kept getting referred to with my questions), assured me that they wanted to come back and look it the windshield and work with me. We schedule an appt. for a week later as she said one technician was out sick and the other on vacation. The technician did not come to look but instead called to quote the price of a new windshield. When telling Debbie that no one came to check my windshield as promised, she used the same excuse (one tech is home sick and the other is on vacation). I am unhappy that they kept referring me to Debbie when no one had even reevaluated the damage and even more disappointed that I did not receive a call that damage was done during repair. I thought maybe it happened after the tech left but after speaking to another tech yesterday who read the service repair notes, it does not appear so. It appears they were very aware of what had happened and just turned a blind eye to it, office management argued otherwise. I talked with Debbie this afternoon and she said the best they could do was credit the cost of the repair to a new windshield or give me the refund for that service. I am taking my refund and running from this company. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the technicians and the way Glass Works decides to run their business.
Positive experience. Service from Tiger was very friendly and professional. He stayed in close communication prior to his arrival keeping me apprised of his ETA.
