Service providers were friendly and place is convenient, just wish it wasnt do darn expensive...but that may have to do with the expense of phones.Dont expect to be able to drop off your phone before grocery shopping and then get it back when done. Most time it takes longer than that but they will give a pretty close estimate on time.The service techs will call you (to someone elses line obviously) when done. I would recommend dropping it off during lunch break and getting it after work if you work a 8 to 5 job.If you get a warranty (sold.by a 3rd party) I would HIGHLY recommend you have them walk you the registration steps as you may have just wasted money buying it.Their selection of cases is limited but they do have some and other accessories to select from.I have dealt with one other phone repair place and this place beats them hands down.

Phone Doctors is an amazingly helpful place. I have had to come to them several times for my screen. It began with a cracked screen and I think the gentleman’s name was Larry that helped me. He fixed the screen for a reasonable price. The trouble started after that. To make a long story short, I had a couple problems with internal electrical components with the new screens. They kept me under warranty and took care of the problem for me. If anyone asks me for a good quality phone shop I am sending them to Phone Doctors. Thank you!

Larry was great. Went in to get my screen repaired. He noticed my battery health was bad too. Which explained why I have to charge my phone sooner then I used to. But unlike other places he didnt try and push me to get it repaired, just let me know what would continue to happen if I didnt. So I ended up getting that done as well. As promised - got battery change on warranty (old iPhone 6s ate up prior replacement battery...grrr). They turned around within about an hour. Professional, courteous. No apparent funny business while accessing my phone. Recommend this location.

I have an old iPhone 5c. The charge port was messed up over time so the phone eventually stopped charging. Phone Doctors replaced the charge port on my phone at a much lower price than what I searched on google.One of the guys working there tried to clean out all the lint using compressed air and a specialized needle nose tool first to see if the lint was clogging my phones charge port. (I have a hunch that if the phone was charging after cleaning it, he wouldnt have charged me anything. Definitely make sure lint doesnt get in your ports!).I paid about $54 (half of what I saw searching through Google) including tax and only had to wait about 3 hours. When I get an iPhone 12, I might shop here for a good phone case if Amazon takes too long (due to the Pandemic).

After dealing with two Best Buy geek squads Larry at phone doctors came through and fixed my phone screen! I broke my screen a week ago. I went to geek squad who said I had to download an app and set up an appointment, so I did. The appoint was for today at 3:20. I showed up and their apple software was down so they sent me to another location who said they could get me in. Show up to that location and spend thirty minutes waiting for the person to finish the info on their lap top only to be told they don’t have a screen to fix my phone! Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional on the geek squad. Went to the phone doctors in Reasors, talked with Larry, and got my phone fixed in under 15 minutes!!! Phone doctors will be where I go from now on!

I came into the store. Had issue with my new phone I had purchased. Nathan and Larry was extremely helpful resolving my issue and also helping with another issue that I wasnt aware of at the time and Larry was able to fix that as well.

These guys went above and beyond what they needed to do. Apple wouldn’t help with out changing an arm and a leg. Cell provider only offered insurance which had a large deductible. Took my phone to the guys here in Jenks and they took care of me within minutes and had my phone up and running for a more than reasonable rate. I will refer everyone to these guys for all their cell phone needs

Brought my son’s IPad 6 to Phone Doctors to have the glass screen replaced. Larry and Burak were able to fix the screen without having to replace the LCD by the next day. They were very professional and saved me a lot of money.

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service at this place. Steven, the manager, helped me trouble shoot and deal with my provider to resolve several issues that I was having with my phone. He went far above and beyond with all of the help he provided me. I would highly recommend this store, and I also found out when I was there, they work on more than just phones. The saga is too long to post. My only advice I can give is that you check the phone prices before you purchase them. The one I bought (refurbished) and then returned was more than the cost of a new one on Amazon. I also was not told that it was a refurbished phone until I returned it.

Took 2 ipads and 1 phone to PHONE DOCTORS to have them install screen protectors 7/12/19. The guy did a good job. Price was good. Taking another phone in soon to get a screen protector. Dont know the guys name.

My iphone 7+ lightning port suddenly quit. The cable would plug in but no charge. Im already a customer of Phone Doctors for their lifetime screen protectors. I called and the tech quoted 2-3 hours for the repair. I stopped in to drop it off and he said hang on and let him check it out first. I had already inspected it with a magnifier and blew it out with an air hose, but lo and behold, he found a bit of lint, etc that had jammed itself in there and he dug it out with a tool and the phone started immediately taking a charge. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing but a good review, so here it is! They are far easier to deal with and more convenient than working your way into the byzantine Apple process in the mall. Im a forever customer...!

Took my wifes phone in. The phone speaker volume was faint. We tried everything but couldnt make the volume any louder. He cleaned it thoroughly and now it works great. We were in and out in 5 minutes. I love this place, and the manager was great. Now I know where to go when Im having phone issues. I highly recommend PhoneDoctors. My phone fell into the street when I got out of the car, and before I got back to pick it up, it had been run over. The screen had been smashed! Thought I would have to get a new phone, but Eric replaced the screen and it is as good as new! Eric has great customer service, and the prices are very competitive! Bought a new Moto G7 Power unlocked android phone online. Tried replacing the sim card with my older phones card. Struggled. Called Motorola. Looked at manual. Still struggled. Went in to get my charging port fixed since trying to charge it was a hassle for the past couple months, the guy was super nice and fixed it in less than 5 mins! Didn’t want to charge me or nothing but I couldn’t let that happen so I left a 10 dollar tip, he saved me almost $50 that day, I highly recommend this awesome guy to anyone for cell phone needs!

My phone wasnt charging and after he looked it over turned out that my charge slot was just dirty.

I had an okay experience for a repair for a cracked screen. The lady who repaired my screen ended up messing up the charger part where my phone takes a much longer time to charge. And she never tried to fix it. She just told me she would call me in but never called and its been over three months and my phone still takes forever to charge! My phone isnt a year old yet and she tried saying maybe the phone was already broke when I know for a fact that wasnt the case. Other than that the screen repair was a great overall experience.
