I’ve emailed customer service with no response at all. There’s several businesses who carry the same products. I’ll be using them from now on.

Bought one shirt, was terrible quality and huge, despite being the smallest size, so I returned it. Got store credit, so decided to try again and got a pullover in the smallest size. It was a little boxy but seemed ok enough not to have to deal with the hassle of returns. Washed once and air dried and the dang thing is falling apart with long fuzzy strings constantly coming off. Will not be shopping there again. The idea of the company is great, the execution is terrible. Especially for the prices they’re asking.

BUYER BEWARE!! The return / exchange policy and customer service are TERRIBLE!! 27 Customer Complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau claiming the same thing. The Confidently Yours Waffle sweater I ordered was poor quality and fit like a SACK!!!!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THEM. This is a shady company, shady dealings and worse customer service.🤬
