Someone Fire the pharmacy manager. CVS states walk in covid shots but this location requires an online appointment? some of us dont want the over bloated GOVERNMENT having appointments we make. If theres nobody in line make the customer an appointment in your system if you have to you lazy a**. We went across town and they did just that. FIRE THIS MANAGER
Very petty. Pulled into drive through at 1:58 pm. They apparently have lunch from 1:30 to 2. As I’m sitting there waiting for them to reopen in 2 minutes they take the time to set out a hand written note saying “please don’t wait in our drive through during out lunch break :) “ let’s maybe ditch the high school drama queens and hire some professionals ;)
In Okc the CVS pharmacy DID NOT ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO GET THE VACCINE. There was nobody in line. I do not recommend this location. PERIOD.
I had used them for years never any problems until I tried the order ahead and pay! They would say my meds had been put back every time and takes 7 days to get credit back.they say the website does not match so they can’t see anything?? Well why not it’s their own company!After happening a few times yes we was upset! But was no yelling or cussing just stated we felt like they could care less if we get our long term meds and that not everyone has money laying around to wait 7 days for refund and still pay extra to get meds. Also if you don’t pickup in certain time frame they put back I understand why but sometimes you maybe on a fixed income or check was short doesn’t mean we are causing trouble. I imagine a lot of people have to live that way again they should have compassion Very rude staff and will lie to you!! I have never been treated so bad before what’s sad is I left CVS and needed to go back and they refused me service because of situation before ! WTH I didn’t screw up they did!Wouldn’t be upset if they did their Job right the first time and tried to be more helpful people are doing the best they can sometimes and might be sick all the time Not a Excuse but have some compassion for your clients!!
Don’t advertise walk ins welcome for Covid vaccine if that isn’t the case.
The wait time is always ridiculous. The lady at the window never has a clue what shes doing and you have to repeat everything to her multiple times.
This is the second time I have come to CVS Jenks for a vaccination and have been disappointed. First time I scheduled a appointment several hours in advance for myself and my 2 kids. Each appointment 1/2 hour apart. Only to be told that there was an over a delay. I waited for 1/2 hour and in 10 minutes was done with 3 vaccinations! That were scheduled to 1 1/2 hours as you can only schedule them 30 minutes apart. With that much time between appointments you should be guaranteed to be seen at your scheduled time!Second time I scheduled my appointment at 2pm. I debated about scheduling for 1:30 as that a lot was open too but kept it at 2pm. I arrived at 1:54 only to be told that they close the pharmacy to go on break everyday between 1:30 and 2pm. Nowhere in the app or in the posted hours of operation do they mention that they close for 1/2 hour.Also in the app I go through and answer all the questions and sign all consents only to have to do it again in paper.

Woefully incompetent! I have been going there for years....but no more. The staff is rude, argumentative and definitely do NOT put customer service first. Its a shame because the majority of the pharmacists are very nice. But, the techs are awful. My husband left years ago but I hung on. No more. I wont step foot in that CVS ever again.
The pharmacy people here are sooooo helpful!! Questions? They have answers. Problems? They have solutions. We have been having our prescriptions filled at CVS and have no intentions of changing.
Leah the pharmacist has been extremely helpful and techs have all been friendly. Service is fast and efficient. I always get a greeting when I enter the store.
I am on three Blood Pressure meds. I have been trying for three days to get them filled. I got a text on Monday my prescriptions was ready. I called them reordered my other meds. I want to pick up all four scripts up at the same time every month. I have used them for two years and this has happened one time last month. I went Tues at 11:00 Picked up two. They said they would fill the other two One had to be re called, I was out of refills. My Doctor called in my refill. Went to pick it up yesterday afternoon. The young man wanted to argue with me that I didnt have any refills left. I told him they called it in today. He said it would be 20 minutes. I told him I would come back tomorrow. I went after work today. AGAIN they did not fill the new script.The clerk told me they were really busy and it would be an hour as the pharmacist looked over her shoulder to see what it was for. (Lasix) I have to take the same meds every month. I get them from the same pharmacy every month. I do not want to go four times to get the meds. So If I stroke out it will be CVSs fault. I realize everyone is in a Panic over the situation we are in. But life could go on if your could get your medication. NO EXCUSE to not to do your JOB
Store opens at 9, but the pharmacy workers decide whenever the hell they will show up and open.
Drive Thru Pharmacy staff and pharmacist Leah Gassett extremely rude and inconsiderate.
Pharmacy staff is awful... unwilling to help and very slow... much easier and usually cheaper to go to Walgreens down the street.
Love the pharmacist here. Very personable and professional
I just called about to see if they had a medication in stock. The female tech who answered the phone didnt even bother to check to see if they had it, just said no, they dont have that med right now and then just hung up. I was not even finished talking. Very rude and unprofessional. I may contact corporate office about this concern.
