Ive had a ice cream cake here for my birthday and everyone really enjoyed it and bragged about it all night... Im a fan of German chocolate cake so they made an ice cream cake as close to what I wanted my ingredients to be as they could...Ive also stopped in to grab a regular cup or even a really delicious cookies and cream shake...you can create whatever type of shake you would like...I have no complaints about Marble Slab

Good value for money, the ice cream was delicious and there were some great gluten free options to choose from. What more can you wish for with an ice-cream shop.

Great service, no wait, plenty of seating...and super delicious, made to whatever your tastebuds desire ice cream concoctions! They have 6 or styles of waffle cones and a few different waffle cup types, and also including traditional cones. Sundaes, shakes and cakes. All very good. This stop along the riverfront on a warm day is quite pleasant.

The teens working were really nice and the ice cream was great but our banana split had a half rotten banana 😥

So I order a Rocky road birthday cake. This is what it actually looks like.

During this time, one would think wearing gloves and masks would be necessary for a food handling business. I didn’t see any of this when I went in today. One of the workers had ice cream touch his knuckles and forearm, which could contaminate the ice cream he was serving. The customers were not encouraged to practice social distancing, which in a small shop like this one, should be. I would like to visit again in the future, but if the atmosphere is the same as today, I will walk out, like today.

I gave it 3 stars because theres only one female in here that always helps me, & today I waited in line for 30 minutes to almost get skipped over when a white guy came walking in & waited in line for no more than 5 minutes. There were 3 girls in there today & the same girl helped me when the other two, one shorter light skinned girl & a tall white girl, didnt even bother with me until the same worker that always helps me said that I was a doordasher too & knew I was next.

They are kind and courteous by letting my kids use the restroom and buy cold waters. Ice cream is good. I was their when they were busy. This place has a good atmosphere and good nightlife at the same time as being kid friendly. Their is not much for indoor seating so I just use it to stick the kids their till everyone is done ordering. I’m kind of done eating here unfortunately the river walk is such a posh place that I wear my best clothes every time I’ve thrown away my 10 dollars worth of ice cream when it’s brand new because it was dripping all over the place. I know how to eat ice cream without making a mess and I ask for things in cups and bowls it is still a problem. Everything is overfilled and it’s unavoidable.

All I asked for was a bag to put two bags in since I was told to walk around front when I parked in curbside. Rude young lady. Children have no work ethic

I am always dubious of places who make claims like home made. Whos house are we talking about? Are they good housekeepers? Does their refrigerator have have weird smells, and does that affect the final ice cream product?Anyway, I digress. I dont know at whos house this ice cream is made, but it is good. They have great cheesecake ice cream. You should eat here.

I absolutely looove this place. Ill choose it over any other ice cream place. The mix ins are amazing and the staff is always friendly; they never have a problem letting you sample the many flavors. I love going to get a customized quart with endless mix ins. You can go wrong with health pieces, white chocolate chips, and almonds

Sub-par ice cream shop. The service was severely lacking and very impatient. The actual ice cream was decent, probably a bit better than Walmart ice cream. The location is great, being right on the river walk, but given the great location they should really invest in more seating. Places like these attract a lot of folks and people needs seats to sit in.

I imagine someone who likes mix-ins will love this place. Personally, I like the ice cream and only sometimes get things mixed. With free mix-ins, the cost is higher than normal for plain ice cream and its not super special.Staff was friendly! They didnt mix the ice cream together very thoroughly, though, and left behind a fair amount of ice cream and toppings when they served it.

Amazing ice cream, nice staff, and allergy friendly signage, but sadly the following experience ruined this experience for me.I tried to pay for my ice cream using a gift card containing $15 in value, but the register returned no value on my card. After the store called the owner I was informed I would need the receipt to prove the card had value. I showed them the charge to my checking account but the best they could do was compensate my order.Im disgusted the store had the audacity to blame their shortcoming on me not being able to prove the value of the card they sold me. That said, you, the reader, likely wont have a similar experience as I did, lest you dare buy a gift card.

The ice cream is good but the service was the absolute worst Ive ever had! You walk in they dont even acknowledge youre there and then stare at your when your are asking questions like it is such an inconvenience to them. The 3 younger kids in there were obviously not taught how to deal with the public and arent ready to be running a store unattended. The tables werent even cleaned and nobody was in there when we walked in. Dont waste your time!

Please pour water over slab between different flavors. Do not want chocolate in my peach ice cream. Cleaning the bathrooms is a definite must. Urine on the floor is not appetizing!! It was both bathrooms tonight.

Staff is always very informative and talkative. Very knowledgeable about the flavors. Worth going out of my way for a great ice cream parlor.

$17 for two cups the size of cones. Will not be returning. Waste of money.

Me and my friend went in here he got a smaller size ice cream with me and he got more ice cream and they charge me more for a larger size

I was disappointed. Didnt seem very organized when ordering. It was busy. No adults around. Kid workers seemed stressed. The ice cream was OK, not worth the price. I would pay more for the experience of the Riverwalk but trash was everywhere all over the grounds, all tables were nasty. I dont understand why a place this nice cant get it right.

I love the ice cream here, but it often seems chaotic, the kids who work here many times seem, overwhelmed. In their defense, it gets really busy, as all of Riverwalk is (happy to see it coming to life), but management needs to give these kids more support imo.A bit pricey, but I love love the buttered pecan . The exotic mixes are fun to try, overall my favorite icecream place in the area.

Over priced for one thing. Nothing special about the actual ice cream. It’s always melted when you get it. The only good thing about the place is the kids running it seem nice.

Ice cream was very good, the workers were very nice and very respectful. They were very busy but had great customer service.

Back in Missouri we have this place called Cold Stone Creamery and in 2.5 years I had found nothing that compared until today!!! Its pretty much the same and the taste is fantastic, my son even loved it.

Great family icreamery. Ice cream is mixed to order so you get only what you want or can have. Price isnt the best, but I believe you are getting what you pay for here, and thats a good thing.

It was very hot in the store the ice cream was melting really bad I had to dump mine into a cup to keep from loosing it all. The place was very dirty and o my goodness the prices were rediclous!

Cleanliness was lacking. Employees were more worried about texting or being on social media on their phones than taking care of customers. Cones were rubbery. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.
