After having battery connection issues halfway through my 12 hr road trip, I found the closest Zone. I always get great service at my home town location in Florida, and was pleased to get the same here. Bailey was so patient and helpful. After several attempts at finding the correct size bolts I needed, she got me running safe again. She helped far beyond what was required. Thanks Zone for hiring great, knowledgeable staff nationwide. And a huge thanks to Bailey, all heroes dont wear capes 👏

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Can decode the most confused customer explanations and get them the part they need. Most recently on two separate occasions I had to wait for parts to be shipped so I removed a star. Otherwise recommend.

The store is decent enough. Good selection and ability to order other parts if you need. As with everything else in Jennings, the staff is friendly and helpful enough, no complaints from me.

Didnt help me with what I needed, was treated very poorly.

I got my first vehicle and noticed some problems there was a sign that said that we can tell you what the problem is and my truck was too old for the Electric System but they could still find a problem and tell me what it is. I did not even make a purchase but it did not matter. I figured I would be waiting a while because I wasnt making a purchase but I didnt wait that long and they were extremely nice. OReillys was not that much further away but I think Im going to go to AutoZone because I was treated so well. Excellent service

Went to this autozone to have a diagnostic run on my car and the 1st thing lady said to me after asking what I needed was is it raining?...when I replied not at this moment her response was then because I dont work in the rain! I was so shocked that this lady would even say that with other customers in the store. She then relunctantly went outside and ran the test but it was VERY obvious that she didnt want to! I WILL NOT give this store my money for the parts I need!!!
