Its been a week driving my new second hand car and love it. Sales men are good. Theyre kind and appear to be honest. A couple of little things I thought should be mandatory such as giving the customer a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash. The car was clean but it could have been washed. Other then that all went well. I would recommend this dealership.

We purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica at this dealer and were blown away by our experience. Taylor in the call center was so helpful to start, then when we came in the next day we had a lovely experience with both Randy and Alexandra. Randy was very honest and upfront and got us the best deal he could, while Alexandra spent several hours trying to get us the lowest interest rate possible. Randy even took my three boys up on the roof to check out the cool race cars while the grownups did paperwork. Great price on the vehicle. The dealer adds in a lot of bonus’s that little to no other dealers include when you buy a new car let alone a used one. The fact that Im taking the time to leave a review speaks in and of itself. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service and reliability of Westbury Jeep. Ive only ever gotten my Jeeps from them, but when I bought out my lease a month ago, it was an absolute nightmare. They are completely unorganized, and the lack of communication within their own dealership and with their customers is unbelievable. Having their receptionist and my sales rep calling me multiple times telling me conflicting information with different dates/times for my already scheduled appointment, then letting me know it had never even been put in the system.I was finally able to sign all of the paperwork on 9/1/21 to buy out my lease, and since then, I had reached out to Westbury numerous times in hopes of getting information on future payments with the new bank I am financing my car through. A whole month later, with multiple attempts to contact them, I STILL have yet to receive a call, email, or text back. I reached out 9/7, 9/17, 9/22, and 9/29 via phone call, which I had left voicemails in numerous peoples voicemail boxes, and by text, which I would get a reply that someone would get back to me, but that follow up never happened.Thank God the bank I am financing through finally sent me something in the mail, because Westbury Jeep seems to have gotten too big for their britches and cannot manage or maintain their current customer base.Even their service department has been a headache to deal with- they were supposed to tow my fathers new Chrysler minivan from our house back to their location (because as soon as he drove it off the lot a bunch of maintenance lights came on) and they had me wait at home nearly 4 hours over the allotted timeframe they had originally told me. In the future I will definitely be going elsewhere.Once youve signed the paperwork to put money in their pockets, you and your problems, concerns, etc. are an afterthought to them that they will possibly get around to at THEIR earliest convenience.

From the start, the customer service was phenomenal. My dad and I came in without an appointment because we just wanted to look if they have any Dodge Chargers or Challengers, however, we were accommodated right away. John Mandra helped us out and was very straightforward the whole time. He walked us through every step and didn’t leave us clueless on what was happening. We came when the dealership was having a busy day but he never failed to update us. We went home with a beautiful pre owned 2019 Dodge Charger. If I could go lower, I would. Worst experience getting service for first time, to fix a recall, oil change and inspection. When one employee told me to try Merrick Jeep, I should have left, but I was trapped in a line by 10 cars waiting. Two others told me to write a review, which I am doing. After the 35 minute wait to just drop off my car for my appointment, was just the beginning of this nightmare. Zero communication until after 5pm to see if I would even get my car back that day. When calling my adviser by name and extensions his calls went to a different person, and advisor said they been trying to fix that issue for months. I showed up two days later and was taking car back regardless if done, since I could not take this treatment anymore. This does not seem like an anomaly, and just the level of service Westbury Jeep provides. After this experience I definitely will never buy a car from Westbury Jeep with such a terrible service department.

We came back here (to buy out our lease) because of the low pressure atmosphere. We are a returning customer and have specifically worked with Tom Cunniff because of his straight forwardness. We knew that there were not games being played or some snake-oil pitch. You have your standard waiting times when it comes to paperwork, but that is unavoidable. And that was even when I had to wait THREE weeks for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude to arrive at the dealership from the factory because of the high demand.They also gave me top dollar for the last Westbury vehicle I traded in, my Fiat Spyder 124. My family and I met our salesman, Ed Haynes over Memorial Weekend. We were looking for a smaller vehicle. He showed us the Jeep Compass on the premise. I had a list of features that I had to have. He showed us several and we test drove one. The Compass he showed us had some of the features but not all. He suggested we look around the lot. I found an Jeep Compass, and it had everything that I wanted. We went inside and it turned out its Title was hung up in DMV. He took our cell numbers and kept us in the loop on the title saga regularly. Ed would regularly stop in at the dealership to see if it came in the mail on his days off. Luckily we could wait for the title to come into Westbury Jeep. On one of our visits I noticed the car had been scratched on the fender. Ed arranged for the car to be repaired the week before the title arrived so it would ready to go. This past Wednesday he called both of us to let us know the elusive title was in. We quickly put a small deposit and drove over to put more down. He had all our paperwork ready to fill out for our loan. He asked us if we wanted it on Thursday afternoon. Heck, yes!! Ed was a true professional and kept us in the loop 100 percent. He didnt try to sell us any upgrades. We told him what we wanted. It was a great experience. We will be back when my kids need their cars.

I bought my truck last year from Westbury and was impressed with the VIP Program (free oil changes, inspections etc.). I took my car in today and I was surprised when my service advisor recommended several services which I declined (cabing air filter). He then informed me that to get my VIP Free Oil Change that I had to pay to have my cabin air filter change. That is a terrible business practice. I went back and checked all the material given to me on the VIP program and it did not say that I had to do all the recommended additional services to get my free oil change.I guess nothing is ever really free.I love the truck and my interaction has been good with Westbury to date, but this is a bad practice for sure and anyone buying a new vehicle just needs to knwo they will get their free VIP service if they pay for recommended service offerings only. Disappointing

Went to quite a few dealers before I went to Westbury Jeep. I should have gone there first instead! Ronnie was just amazing from the minute we started talking. He asked me all the right questions so he could help me pick out the perfect car for me. Ronnie was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He really made the purchasing experience a pleasurable one. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially this salesman to anybody that will lister.

I just came home with my first Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018!!!! My sales rep was Ed Hynes and he was the best!!! Very kind, genuine, friendly and knowledgeable!!! He took the time out and gave me very detailed information about the vehicle, explained every breakdown and took the time out to make sure I understood everything. I even learned the history behind Jeeps. :-) I will be recommending Ed to all my friends!!

I had such an amazing experience at this dealership leasing with Krystal.Let me explain, I have leased 6 cars so far in life. And from BMW to Lexus to other Dodge dealerships nobody provides the level of service as this dealership. Specifically Krystal she’s a absolute rockstar. I ordered a brand new Durango a few months ago with the Tow n go package and she kept me informed during the whole process. When it was being delivered to her showroom she went over everything with me virtually the day before. I spent 40 minutes in the dealership when I went to pick up the car. 40 MINUTES! I have spent 8 hours + at bmw waiting for them to do the paperwork to get my new lease. I couldn’t believe everything was so quick!The car is amazing, I had another Durango from another dodge dealership. They didn’t provide loaners and in 2020 I had a small in warranty issue and not having a loaner was terrible. Especially coming from bmw (where it’s standard). This Westbury dealership has the vip program which is provided to you if you buy the car from them. Part of the program is getting a loaner and all this other complimentary services. It’s amazing…the loaner and Krystal made all the difference in this new lease. You absolutely earned my loyalty now. I’ve already recommended Krystal to all my friends and family.Thanks again for the new Durango RT!

Back in January of 2021 I bought a Chrysler 300S AWD here. Tom Cunniff was the salesperson. All the typical stereotypes of sales people do not apply to him. Any details that I noticed or questioned he found the answer to if he didnt know already. Tom turned what could be highly anxiety provoking experience into a casual Ill spend thousands of dollars and feel ok about it walk in the car lot. Legend has it they are gonna write a book about him. I gave four stars because im a realist, got to always have something to strive for. Be content, but we all can always improve.
