I needed to pick up a few things and this was my first time in this particular CVS. One of the ladies helped me find what I needed in the cosmetic section. She was very friendly as was another associate who asked me if I needed any assistance. Maybe we expect this level of service and attention in any store we go to, but as we all know it doesnt always happen. It really made an impression on me just how friendly and eager to help they were.

I’ve been using the CVS in Jericho for many years, the pharmacy department as well as the new manager and staff go beyond and above to help you and make sure you find what you came for, but certain people stand out at this time, during this pandemic, a pharmacist by the name of Paula Martin’s goes above and beyond, she is most knowledgeable, and extremely patient with older people, I experienced this firsthand with my mom, her patience, and guidance, and knowledge, should never go unnoticed, this is a true professional, as well as her assistant by the name of Angela, grateful to have these people in my neighborhood that are always there to help, yours truly. stacy falk

Ah CVS. I went here the first time I biked across Route 107. Everyone who works at CVS has always been a real fine guy.

Definitely the best CVS Ive ever been to. Super clean, organized, shelves packed with merchandise and not laying around, extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The store manager Scott super friendly and kind. I can see he takes pride in his store. Makes you feel welcomed and ready to assist you in all aspects. The pharmacy department employees are very kind and take the time to answer all questions. Would definitely drive from queens to go to this location for all my needs. ✔🙌👌🙏

Unreasonable pharmacist assistant, who would not give her name. I was calling from a clinicians office for one of our patients. Refused to take/fill a prescription for a canine patient because I would not share sensitive data over the phone (which was unnecessary data for this prescription). She changed her story multiple times about legality (which she was woefully unknowledgeable about) and started yelling over the phone. I told her I would contact my client to choose another pharmacy since she could not accommodate, and she started yelling harder that what I was doing was illegal (trust me, its not, its part of my licensing and training to understand this process). Called the alternative pharmacy and had zero problems.

07 24 8:57 am> just stopped by to use the coupon center. Not working. The manager then attempted to address the issue and very sarcastically stated that it may not be working. Then she did a reboot. And as I walked away, knowing it would be 7-10 minutes she sarcastically said…oh okay…then LEAVE..

One of the better CVS pharmacies around. Friendly and courteous staff helps point out promotions and discounts. I also get calls daily informing me about my prescriptions(which can be annoying), but my favorite reason to visit here is because of the self checkout registers available. When lines for the cashier tend to fill, self checkout tends to remain empty.

I bought a faulty product however customer service was very polite and made it very easy to return the product. Very satisfied :D

I went in there this morning and their air conditioning was broken. The manager was standing at the front offering water bottles to everyone who came in. He also helped me with what I needed to find. I would consider this above and beyond service as they were working on the situation. I just had to make a quick stop there, but I feel bad for employees who have to spend all day in that heat!

Pharmacy does not answer phone calls, then they send text stating order is ready but when you get there it’s not ready

Theres a teller there her name is Chelsea, shes great at helping and very nice.

I have been there twice over the past couple of weeks. Since this is not my normal CVS, I needed to ask where something was. The lady I asked was extremely rude to me but I figured she was having a bad day. Today, I went back and the same lady was being rude to another customer and talking down to her while another worker, Fran, was yelling at co-workers. I will not be returning to that CVS because of those women and how rude they were.

Ive been here slot and they have super nice items!!! But u wish they sold things such as popsockets and phone cases
