Oreo flavor was good, however cashier shouldnt tell just one person to sanitize your hands when you clearly didnt ask for following 3 customers next on line to sanitize their hands. You dont even change your gloves after receiving cash and handing out cups. Whats the point? Train your employees properly either ask all customers to sanitize your hands or just dont even ask them.

Its a nice place... but have to be very wary... price per oz changes everytime we go there. Feels like getting jipped...if they can fix this will be a great place!

Covid conscious service requires you to sanitize your hands as you walk-in before requesting a cup size and filling up your stomach with froyo desires. Service will then put on the toppings for you so that random joe shmoes dont touch all the toppings carelessly.

As someone who thoroughly enjoys frozen yogurt I believe this place to be the pinnacle of frozen yogurt shops The best selection of flavors toppings and they also have homemade whipped cream. This place sets the bar that no other frozen yogurt place can meet.

The poor people that work there seem to be poorly trained and treated like servants to the owners. It is overpriced and poor quality. Perfect if you prefer to pay for a brand instead of quality. Sugar, water, chemicals and some milk....

Went ther st 830 and they had just run out of birthday cake... workers were very accommodating of my online order BUT if I wasnt able to convince my kids to change their flavors the workers didnt know how to refund my online order

A do it yourself frozen yogurt place. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Jericho and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

16 handles is our familys favorite ice cream place. The kids love to fill up their own ice cream and the toppings of course their favorite part. So many toppings to choose from. Always vegan options super plus.

Employees greeted me with a big smile and store was very clean. Friendly workers that like making small talk. I really enjoyed my stay here today!

The greatest service. My son has a nut allergy and the women who waited on us took such care in making sure he was safe is so happy. They took better care then I did I was ashamed. Lol loved it.

Out of all the 16 handles locations Ive been to (probably like 5 different ones) this one was the best! They had ask the fresh fruits toppings I like, the place was clean, and the frozen yogurt itself tasted better. I know it makes no sense cause theyre all supposed to be exactly the same frozen yogurt, but both my wife and myself agreed that this location had a better texture than the others weve had, it was much more creamy here, more like ice cream texture, the other places were more icy. Not sure if there is an outside factor that caused it, maybe the outside temperature, maybe the time of day. I dont know why, but it was just better here. Could be a fluke, as it was the only time Ive been to this location

Good spot to come and get dessert. 4 medium cups with toppings usually comes to about 22-25 dollars. Not bad.

Love the ice cream. Always new flavors and they post nutrition facts so it will be easier to manage with diets. Also they have very friendly staff

Just came from here, all the machines were off line accept for about 2. They all had melted ice cream by the area of which you put your cup, the floor was filthy with food crushed! The topping area was gross maybe time to get a health department check!

Always nice coming here. Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..

They close early all the time and the place is always FILTHY. Never a manager or owner there, they have kids running the place who have no clue what time they even close! My husband went there at 9:40, online said 10:30 close and The door says 10:00, i called they finally answered after 10 rings, person who answered sounded like a little kid and had no clue what time they closed, the door was already locked anyway. It is a disaster. They really need to have a responsible person there at all times. I refuse to go anymore because i just get angry going in there and looking at the filth and how poorly run the place is now.

Best spot for your Froyo Friday at $5 for a pink cup. Nutritional labels on all of the flavors, fresh toppings.

I love the yogurt it truly is delicious as well as the toppings. My favorite is the salted caramel and topping crunchy hazelnut. My only problem is there are kids running the place and they dont really work they fool around and dance while the floor is sticky,dirty and yogurt all over the floor. Instead of cleaning you got two girls dancing one girl peeking out the back door of the fridge. Im a handicap woman and when I walked in they did say hi but I couldnt believe what I was seeing. They should be cleaning up as the day goes along. Not wait till the end of the night. I thank God I didnt slip n fall. So please higher better management or do your job. The girls working tonight were so rude. They were more focused on their cell phones and getting themselves ice cream then the customers. They have the eaisest job in the world! They don’t have to serve the ice cream or even put on toppings! They just rudely collect your money for over priced ice cream. If im going to spend $20 on 2 ice creams a smile wouldn’t hurt.

If you have small children you may want to consider a different location. They had very inappropriate shows on their TV and they were hesitant to change the channel when asked. After much trouble they did change the channel to Disney. I will say the ice cream was good . I was disappointed in the service.

Why has this location become such a dump, last visit 5 machines were out of service 2 of them spewing froyo into the catch try & the floor. Is anyone managing this location anymore?

We went tonight at 7pm with our 6 year old son and 18 month old daughter. My son wanted to sample a couple flavors because he didnt know what he wanted. My husband went up to the register where there were 2 young women working, one was chowing down on pizza and neither one acknowledged him when he walked up to counter. He politely asked for a sample cup and was told no samples allowed He asked why and was not given an answer. He told them it is for our 6 year old to try a couple of flavors so that way we dont fill a bowl up, pay for it and have him not like it. He was again told no samples allowed. My husband then said So you are willing to lose paying customers because you cant give out a sample cup? The reponse from the girls behind the counter were we dont care. We have been to other froyo places and have had no issues sampling, a lot of places encourage it, they leave the sample cups out...NOT here! Not only could we not get a sample but the customer service was horrendous. We walked out and went to another Froyo place, TCBY, that let my son try as many flavors as he wanted!!

Keep in mind I am a grown man reviewing a frozen yogurt place. But here it isMy worst nightmare, cant stand being asked to pick something up from there. The floor is always slippery, place is a mess, kids are whiny, parents are just as whiny and also Ill mannered.

The hours say that they close at 1030, I just got here at 1010 and they are closed. All I wanted was some frozen yogurt.

This kid at the register named Miles was very rude. The hours online show 10:30pm and they said they close at 10:00pm. The place was filthy and I was disgusted buying something I was going to ingest from there. I go there all the time and this kid wasn’t properly trained in customer service. I will never go there again.
