UKitchen deserves 10 out of 5 stars! My entire experience with them was beyond exceptional. We bought our first home and decided to redo the bathrooms and kitchen. Once we found UKitchen and their amazing staff, Jessica, Kathy and Brian, all of our worries about getting the perfect kitchen were gone. They took care of us, helped us design our dream kitchen and baths, but most of all, they gave us the best, personalized customer service that we couldve imagined. They spent quality time with us, never made us feel rushed, answered all of our questions, and did their best to accommodate all of our wishes. I especially loved the software they used to render our kitchen! They made the entire process so smooth and easy, and the results were beautiful. I am so so grateful that we found them! Ive now referred my friend who did her kitchen, bathrooms and all of her lighting through them, and now Im helping my parents with their kitchen and baths!Thank you Jessica, Kathy and Brian, we are forever grateful!

I recently had my bathroom redone. Jessica at U Kitchen and Bath was so incredibly helpful. I gave her my ideas of what I wanted to do and she brought it all together with different tiles and a beautiful cabinet and fixtures that made it all flow beautifully. We Did our entire custom kitchen with Ukitchen! Couldn’t thank them enough for not only delivering our dream kitchen but having the best experience. We have worked with numerous other contractors and home specialists but no one was as professional as they were. Jessica is a genius with precision and measurements and so is her installer Jack. No complaints as to how big or small and issue is just figures it out and fixes it. Overall beyond pleased with the service and product!

They take the time to work with you, to understand your project, your needs, and how it fits into your life. If there is any challenge, they will come and help - even after the project is finalized. I cannot say enough about Jessica, shes the best at U Kitchen and Bath. She was recommended to me by my contractor and thank God she was. My whole house was being renovated from the basement to the 2nd floor. I needed 3 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. I went to her showroom at least 10 times and each time she sat with me and went over every detail and every option I can have. She has patience believe me cause I need to see everything in order to make a decision, and she did just that let me see everything. The pictures below are from my 1st floor and 2nd floor kitchens and 1st floor bathroom. I love them all. Jessica you are a wonderful woman and it was great working with you. Love you and cant wait to work with you in the future. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends. If there were 10 stars I will give you 10 stars. Jessica is definitely the girl you want to work with. My basement is not completely done but as soon as it is I will post those pictures. Thank you for helping me make my house beautiful!!!!

Found U kitchen and bath while trying to get ideas for my sons upcoming apartment purchase. Talked with Jessica and her staff to put together a preliminary kitchen design, which they were very helpful with, even though we were not ready to purchase. While there my wife saw a front door she liked for our house and we purchased it. I installed it myself and had a small problem trying to install the lock mechanism. I called Jessica for a little advise to see if she could give me a little guidance and she just said my technician will be there in a half hour. He showed up, made a slight adjustment, and solved the problem. I never expected that type of service! She went above and beyond! Im sure I would have figured it out after a lot of cursing and fighting, but she saved my day. Every part of our purchase was excellant and her staff goes over the top to help. Well be heading back for the kitchen project in a few weeks.

Im so happy with my white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops that I purchased from U-Kitchen. The price was very reasonable compared to other stores, and I shopped around in many places including Flushing. The quality is very good. Everything is solid wood, all drawers/doors are soft close, and doors have fully adjustable hinges. Plus Jessica was so helpful from start to finish. She created a computer model of the layout and spent so much time helping me to get everything just right. Since I was doing the renovation myself I needed alot of advice and she was very knowledgeable in all aspects and willing to share her knowledge. Shes honest and a genuinely nice person, and she helped to make my renovation experience a positive one. I have recommended U kitchen to my family and friends. I also purchased a Blossom vanity for my bathroom, which I love. They have a great selection and great service.

It’s a one stop shop . During these Covid times supply chain is strained and getting stuff for remodeling my bathrooms with the tightest of deadline would not have been possible without Jessica at U kitchen & bath . My wife has a champaign taste so nothing at regular stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s suited our immediate need of vanity and mirrors for our bathroom . Jessica made everything possible and U kitchen & bath had everything that we liked and of highest quality . Very happy with our experience at U bath and Kitchen . Lesser quality Counter tops at Home Depot costed more and had a delay of 6-8 weeks while at U bath I got it in 2 days time delivered to my house at no extra cost . Not only Jessica at U bath made sure we got our stuff on time she researched online and told us where to go and get other things we were looking for at better prices . Exceptional service . I recommend U kitchen & bath to anyone who doesn’t want to waste time hopping around from one store to another looking for bathroom and kitchen stuff of your choice at great prices .
