Great experience, I wanted a hitch installed for my bike rack and they did it all in less than 1 hr. Plus you get unlimited life warranty for only 5 dollars. Great deal, reasonable price plus super friendly n professional staff. They have a little store where you can get everything so no need to buy hitch, bike rack or any other thing you need for that purpose.

Picked up a small trailer from there. Nice and helpful staff. Had no issues hitching the trailer to my truck, made sure all the lights worked in and out in less than half an hour. Clean office. Would recommend this location.

One of the worst U-Haul vehicle I have ever driven. Its all beat up, power steering was shot so it was hard making truns. The truck 20 I think was in an accident or something the rpm would suddenly get stuck where letting go of gas and pressing brake till you completely stop wouldnt make the engine rpm go down. I had to keep driving till after 90 seconds it went back to normal. The wheel alignment was completely off where the truck was continuously heading towards right and I was returning the truck when this happened as well. Just look at the picture this is how it looked before I used the truck.I think the manager is not even checking the vehicle at all or dont even know how to. Its very dangerous to drive one of those killing machine and I am driving since year 2004

There was one woman there and she help everyone the best that she could. I wish I knew her name but she was amazing.

Awful experience. Reserved on line. Then waited an hour at the store to geet the van. One staff member serving a long line. The owner stood there doing nothing. A third staff member came out from the back when the line went out the door. Rude owner, dirty van, less than 3/4 tank of gas, and endlessly long process even with the online reservation. Owner--who finally started taking a few customers--asked me ALL of the same questions that I answered on line. I got to the store at 9:15am and did not get into the van until nearly 10:30am. Terrible customer service. And, to make matters worse, I called before going to pick the van up to ask if these vans could be taken onto the parkway. The gal on the phone said, yes, none of our vehicles are commercial. You can take the van on any road. To be sure, I used the LiveChat on the website to ask the representative the same question. Same answer. So...five minutes into the drive on the Northern State Pkwy, the State Trooper pulled me over and told me that the van was not permitted on the parkway, that it was an apportioned vehicle and that the Uhaul people were wrong. DO NOT use this location.

This is a legitimate negative review. It is the only negative review I have ever given! I deal with most household issues and repairs, and truly my experience with Jericho UHaul was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I not only lost money on faulty service, I was disregarded and treated rudely. I highly recommend not dealing with this UHaul location.Details:On Sunday 6/28 I had a propane tank filled at this UHaul. The tank was working, I only wanted it topped off because we were having a small family BD party the next day and I wanted to be prepared. On Monday at 5:45pm I connected the tank and it did not work. At 6:05pm I called this UHaul to get help. The person on the phone insisted that there was something wrong with my barbecue, not the tank. I explained that the barbecue was in good condition and that the tank worked 2 days before. I then had the humiliating experience of the Uhaul employee telling me to hold on, while I could hear him laughing and telling another employee that he would just tell me that the propane guy was leaving (the location was open for another hour). They then realized they had not put me on hold, laughed again and hung up. I called back a few times, but each time the phone number was busy.Fortunately I was able to borrow a propane tank from a neighbor. With this new tank my barbecue, which the UHaul employee insisted was malfunctioning, worked perfectly.I would appreciate a call from the manager of this branch so that I can get a refund, and so they can be informed of the need to educate their employees on polite and efficient customer service.

I had a great experience wirh Milly. She is one of the best general managers I have ever encountered. She is very professional and tries her best to help customers.

If I could give a 0 Star I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Reserved a lower level storage unit. They gave it to someone else who reserved after me. Refused to correct the situation. Explained that I was handicapped and needed the lower unit. Didn’t care. Dirty facilities. Offered me an upper level unit that could only be reached by ladder. Same price. Incredibly nasty manager said “Don’t give her anything.”

Rented a trailer. Explained multiple times how my jeep was set up and that it had oversized tires. The gentleman there said I would have no issue. Straps did not fit around my tires and I wasnt able to find a safe way to rig the jeep to the due to the frame damage I have. I return the trailer after 2 or 3 hours of trying a few different things with no success. Ask 3 times if he need my card for a refund and he said no he would take care of it only to find out 3 days later he charged my account.

Annoyed by their hours of operation for Propane and lack of keeping to them. Once per year I attempt to go back to them and give them a chance. Even when calling ahead to make sure the certified filler is there, he / she almost always leaves earlier than what they tell you. Its easy and a great price; however, its hit or miss how many times youll have to go to actually get a fill.

Trailer hitch installation utterly disappointing.Booked online and received confirmation of our appointment. Called that morning to reconfirm and was told to drop car off. Arrived and checked in with customer service and was told there may be an issue with the wiring. Waited 30 minutes while considerable checking appeared to be going on, only to find out that they had NONE of the parts required for the installation and werent sure when they could get them. We cancelled our order and went elsewhere.

Fast, helpful, painless. Really great experience. Van stunk of smoke though.

Can beat deals on rentals if staying local. And will be traveling low miles.Other wise can be a bit pricey if you doing alot of miles

Called and asked if they fill propane tanks. They replied yes, so I drove out there. Only the guy that can fill the tanks was not at the location. You think they would have told me that on the phone. When you do ask if the guy is present they cant give you a straight answer. Horrible place!

Budget charges way less a mile we got charged 1.89 a mile unprofessional for it to be 1.30 more a mile then the competition . I would give it no stars however had to give it at least one to post .please read your contract and beware of price hikes .
