I had been looking for the perfect trailer and found it at a WAY lower price than buying in Boise at a big dealership. I bought it site unseen so the manager Aaron was nice enough to facetime me and walk me through it. When I got there the financing was very easy with Patrick and Brian in service was AWESOME at showing me how everything worked and following up with me after the sale! I have been recommending them to my friends! The short drive was worth the lower price and great service!

Brian in service is a great addition to their RV shop! This guy took the time with me today (several hours) to not only diagnose my problems with my trailer but he also diagnosed my generator issue (wich was causing one of my trailer issues).Then he helped me with a correct replacement generator at a amazing deal. He even stayed after everybody else from service had gone home to help me unload my old generator, load up the new one and give me instructions on operation of the new generator. 5 stars was all I could rate but he gets 10 stars in my book for really caring about customers. Thank you Brian for going above and beyond for me! Really appreciate it! Will be sharing this with my RV friends and family!

In 2020 my wife and I who have been boating for over 45 years decided to buy a Tri Toon from this company. This ended up being the biggest disappointment of our lives, as the boat needed several thousand dollars of work done prior to being able to use. We traveled 700 miles to purchase the boat. The salesman at this location presented a boat that was not rigged right nor built right. In the end we had an additional 4500.00 into the boat to get the thing to perform right. Watch out of this place of business and I would never buy from them again.

I have had major problems with them since June 26 when I first signed papers, despite the fact that the balance has been paid since July 8.I still dont have my trailer. We can point to warranty repair issues, but the foreman committed to working on my trailer as soon as parts were in.Work should have started five weeks ago, but when I dropped it off nobody told told the foreman.Southern Idaho RV & Marine needs to be accountable; I am happy to delete this comment if they are able to make things right.

Placed an order for camper and put down a deposit last spring. A couple of months later, they tell me the price will be $2500 more than what I agreed to when placing deposit (what was the point of placing a deposit if not to secure the price?). Then 2 months later, they tell me camper will be delivered any day now. Camper doesnt show up and they cant give me even an estimate of arrival date and no response to email inquiries.Now 5 months after placing order, still no camper and no estimate of when camper will be delivered. Other dealers are telling me lead time from the camper manufacturer is only 2 months and consistent deliveries are being made to other dealers with only minor delays.Called twice to ask to speak to a manager, but he/she is always out today with no call back. No one can tell me if/when camper was built or will be delivered. Now that Ive wasted all summer waiting for my camper, Im forced to go elsewhere.Very, very negative experience with this dealer.

The original trailer we ordered was back ordered but they still had something in stock that worked for us and our budget that we ended up loving more than our first pick. I came at the end of 2020 looking for a camper. Ashley was outstanding! She was extremely knowledgeable about several of the trailers that we looked at. There was no pressure just great information. We came in late in the afternoon to make a purchase a couple of days later and she willingly stayed beyond closing time to help us. She then went the extra mile to make sure everything was in perfect condition. She suggested a couple of additional items that were genuinely needed. When we came a few days later to pick up the trailer, everything was in perfect condition, she had extra keys made and even helped us hooked on the trailers and was just wonderful. Great experience buying an RV - Keystone Passport. Found them online and found prices to be best anywhere in the Western US. Worked with Elizabeth, who was absolutely great! She was courteous and communicative. I drove up to Jerome from Reno on a Saturday to pickup and things went smoothly and as advertised. Always scary to buy something so big/expensive online without ever seeing it, but things went just fine. No issues at all, and happy I bought here.

This was my first boat and I was unsure of what to look for or what to know about boats in general. Thankfully the marine techs were able to reassure me the boat ran fine after going through a series of test. THANKS liz for all the help through the whole thing and working with my crazy shedule as well.

We had a pretty easy experience shopping. We had browsed trailers locally and once we narrowed down what we wanted, we found that they had every price beat. Patrick sent us clear break downs of what options were available and ensured everything was ready when we made our 10 hour interstate drive to get it. (They deliver but we wanted a road trip) Their prices were nearly $10,000 lower than our local dealership and we appreciated the no haggle experience. Liz and Patrick walked us through how to use our trailer and we were on our way. They even called the next day, when they are normally closed, just to see if we made it home okay.

Sold me a camper, was 2 months late on promised delivery, when it finally came in, they said I had to Pay 1k more than my contract price.. Kinda seems like a scam to me. I get prices increase, but should be pre negotiated at time of order to prevent unexpected increased. If you pre-sale a item, you best lock in that price with manufacturer. If someone failed to price something correctly after a sale, that loss should not fall on the customer. Your basically selling product in bad faith.

We recently purchased a fifth wheel from Southern Idaho RV & Marine. The sales people defiantly are not pushy. We had a great experience with Itzal as our sales person to the financing with Patrick. This was a great group of people, and everyone was friendly, weather involved in the sale or not.The only hiccup in the process was that they had forgotten to install our batteries, and I didnt realize it until we had our camper at home. I called them to see what could be done. They asked me to bring it back and they would get them installed. I was planning on being there for at least a couple hours waiting to get them installed. Much to my surprise they had them installed and me on my way within 20 minutes.Service alone was was worth doing business with them.

I would highly recommend Southern Idaho RV and Marine. I live in Utah and found the trailer they were selling on the internet. I didnt want to travel 3 hours to see it so I went to dealers in Utah. None of them could come close to the price. They were all 2k over and told me that they couldnt even buy it for that price. They warned me that something was fishy. Well I decided to make the trip to Idaho. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Elizabeth and shown the trailer. It did exist and yes it was at the fantastic price with no strings attached. I was then introduced to Patrick who was able to find a finance rate that I never could have found in Utah. He was also kind enough to work out a details that would help me save money. As I was leaving I noticed that the running lights were not working. We had tested them earlier. It ended up being a blown fuse on my truck. Their service department I came out and spent 20 minutes helping solve the problem and fix it for free so I could hit the road. I was very impressed. I will be back.

I was sold the wrong ss 500 camper for my truck. The company would not give me my money back telling me that once it left the lot it was used. I never used it. The camper was for a small compact pick up. I went down there from Boise three weeks before it came in and asked there sale lady if it was going to fit my f150 pickup and she sured me that it would work. So when it come ( mind you I did not order the camper it was one that they had on order for there lot ) So when I got there and putting it on my pickup there straps that tie it down with were digging in to the side of my pickup and it didnt look right but the sales lady said and i quote they put two pallet under them all the time. Ok I had never bought one be for so i guess I was a little lost so I took it home and got looking at it and if I would have changed things on the camper it would have voided the warranty so there was no way to do it. I call them up and that when they told me that it was used and that they were not going to give me my money. So I took it to a dealer in Caldwell and they said that they should have not never sold it to me because it isnt the right camper for my truck and I am lucky that it did fall off the pickup and kill someone. I had the camper for three weeks never was back on the pickup until i took it to another dealer. The dealer bought it from me. I still lost 3000.00 . i WOULD NOT VERY GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW And will tell people not to buy from them.

Terrible customer service, they have our camper for a month to install a warranty toilet, they talk to my husband several time not once did the service people say the warranty will not be honored, even tho we talked to the warranty people ourselves saying yes it was covered. First year we take it back for batteries would not hold a charge, they tell us your batteries are fine, we left went and had batteries tested they where no good, so we ended up buying new batteries bad on us for having to give local business our business!!! Never again and I will tell everyone our bad experiences with southern Idaho rv. And will never deal with them again

Just bought a A frame camper from here. Pulled it home (570 miles) only to unhook and find they set me up with a 2 ball but my trailer requires a 2-5/16 ball. Not happy learning that. Thankfully I made the 570 mile 9 hour drive home safelyTrailer was supposed to be ready for pickup noticed some missing parts but the staff said sorry we didnt get that on delivery. Found propane tanks were not bolted down. Wood screw instead of pin for the jack wheel pin. Paneling under the sink covering the water pump was removed. Trailer was really dirty not cleaned at all. Electric jack terminal was not wired properly. Bbq was left outside had water damage and rust. I also think the trailer was supposed to come with a portable toilet and did not.

I would be very wary of this place, they were very nice and helpful and then as soon as they got my credit info and took my deposit it all changed. The price of the unit changed, they wont get back to me and say if they still have the unit I put on hold. The finance manager has not returned my call in a week he had had to take a boat someplace. The sales person says she will get back to me ( she sound nice but no responses) I asked if we could just pay cash and come get the unit I put a deposit on. Sales person says she will have someone call me. Complete runa round at this point

Drove 3 hrs to look at a aluminum fishing boat for my husband. Elizabeth or Liz help me. She told me that she had two other people interested in it besides my husband; & if I was interested I should act FAST.I stepped outside to call my husband to make sure we wanted to finalize the deal. Within 10 minutes after he gave me the go ahead; I walked inside and told her we wanted to start paperwork. She looked at me and said I’m so sorry, I just sold it over the phone two minutes ago. Then Aaron their general manager started looking on his manifest to see what he had coming in and within the next 10 minutes they said they had another boat coming in that would be there later in the week. They really hustled to find us another boat. When we came back to pick up the boat, Liz herself had cleaned it all up and we signed the papers with the finance guy. Everything went well & Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with !!!!

I called 4 different boat repair places looking for the type/kind of oil for my boat and no one could tell me but Ashley from southern Idaho RV and marine looked it up and told me. Thanks again Ashley!!!!

What a wonderful place to do business! We traveled six hours to get there, found exactly what we wanted and Jaree Heck, Patrick and Brian worked hard to get us all set up so we could travel back home with our new rig that very same day. Jaree is really a great salesperson. She toured with us and explained the differences between the pop-up campers so we could find the one that would best suit our needs. Patrick expedited the paperwork and got us ready. Brian walked us through every step of set-up and comfort. We felt very confident driving six hours back home with our brand new rig. I cannot say enough about the quality of this business and the great people who work there. Five stars should be ten stars!!!
