Awesome Service, Friendly staff, no bull or bait and switch ! Sam really went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted.This is the first time I have actually purchased a vehicle I wanted. Sam was so laid back and welcoming and he really understood what we wanted. I cant express enough how great our experience was. We even were able to get some cash out of our junker vehicle.

Clay was our sales person and he did a great job thank you clay your almost sales person keep up the great jobWe had bought a vehicle from county auto but the vehicle had been giving us nothing but problems. We had taken it back to county auto 3 times and were told that nothing is wrong. On the 3rd visit back we had told them the noise is louder and they put the vehicle in their garage. After 3 hours the manager comes into the waiting room and advise that the lifters is making the noise and some sensors. We will replace the sensor and you can take the vehicle home. Yet the nosie was still there and Ive been a mechanic for a dealership in Gallup NM (Rico Motors) for 10 years and you dont tell a customer its ok to drive the vehicle with that kind of noise. I am very disappointed in how we were treated and to make things worse I had made a strong remarks about this place. Had to hitchhike back to Heyburn Idaho and yet all they did was watch us walk with our staff from the window with no care in the world that our 8 year son was with us, which he just got over his sickness. Not only that my wife had bought some candy from the vending machine and the candies are as old as the vehicle. This is very sad 😭

Terrible communication between the sellers and those buying the car. They also dont want to help you fix the things that are wrong with the cars you JUST bought. Ive had to bring mine in multiple times and things still dont get fixed. Dont let me know when its ready and I have to call and call to get ahold of them. Very annoying.

Just recently bought a car a couple months ago. It did not come with a key fob. I got home locked my doors and when I unlocked it with my key and the alarm goes off. It does this every time so now I cant lock my doors without disturbing my neighbors. I called and told them about it and they said I have to pay for it myself out of pocket even tho Im paying 10,000 dollars for a car it should come with a fob. I also have a 12,000 mile warranty and my Ac stopped working 1 weeks after buying the car and they said it is not covered even tho they have there own shop! Very unhappy with my purchase. They will not even try to help you with problems you are having with a vehicle you just bought from them!

I am on the second vehicle I have purchased through Country Auto. The staff is excellent, you could not ask for better. I had a sensor go out a couple days after I bought my last vehicle and expected to make an appointment with the service department since it is not under warranty. Cassidy sent a tow truck out to get it 15 miles out of town and had it fixed the next morning. When I picked it up they paid for everything! Sam the guy I bought it from was excellent as well. He stayed in contact making sure I was taken care of during this repair. You really dont see this kind of service anymore. They went above and beyond my expectations!

Cassidy was great! My 17 year old really liked the accord but the ac wasnt working. Cassidy had the shop look at it and they determined that it was low on freon. It was charged and the ac was working....for about 3 weeks. I called service and the only thing they offered was to put more freon in. Obviously there is a problem. Telling us that this was the problem and that it was fixed was negligent at best or flat out dishonest. Either way they took advantage of a lack of car buying experience.Also, the paperwork that shows everything done to the car before being put on the lot said that 2 new tires were put on the front. A week later the front tire was flat. After taking it to Les Schwab we found out that the tire was mounted incorrectly and it had bubbled and pulled away. We had to purchase a new tire.I would never recommend someone go here unless they are a mechanic or know one that can fix the things that go wrong after driving it home.

Great atmosphere friendly service...quick with getting down to business and getting me approved.. even when no other dealerships would finance me... My trip from out of town was well worth coming to Jerome to give Cassidy a chance to see what he could do for me and wasnt there but an hour or two and walking out the door in a decent car with a decent price. Went in prepared to put a hefty down payment on a purchase. Was told “its 5 o’clock and we close in an hour so get ahold of me when you’re ready to pull the trigger.” Obviously we were ready to pull the trigger or we wouldn’t have gone in. I know from experience nobody goes to the car lot snd waits 15 minutes to talk to a salesman and they aren’t “ready to pull the trigger.” Will take my business elsewhere.

The experience was fine until The timing belt came apart, four months after the warranty ran out. I spoke to one of the ladys in your office and she was very concerned until she found out that the warranty was expired, after that she could care less. The we care about our customers and we want return business is only good until the warranty is gone. After finding that the valves were hammered I also noticed that the serpentine belts had not been changed out for at least 100,000+ miles. I could tell this because the belts were the ones put on by the dealership/factory. And from the condition of said belts 200,000 miles would not surprise me.Add that to the you need to carry full coverage on a busted car and you can see why Im not happy. In fact if you want come get the p.o.s. the keys are in the ignition, and it would save me the trouble of towing it to the scrap yard. Btw did I mention Im still paying it off🤬

Was very upset today went and took our car for a oil change to not void my warranty and Rachel told us due to us being 12 mins late we could not get an oil change any more after who ever we talked to told us as long as we went 10am forward we where okay. Not professional at all Ive worked customer service for 12 years and customers always come first no matter the time or day dont offer warranty if you cant stand by it ... 4 cars already we bought at this location and i dont know if i well be going back. This dealership has great looking cars but they sell some that are in horrible condition for more than their original value. One time I went to go see Cassidy for a fixer up Ford fusion and he was asking for the normal price as if it was fixed even though it wasnt. Please be loyal and honest to the customers and stop pretending like they dont know about cars because some people do.

Horrible service, manager lady is very rude, I was under the impression my payments were 390$ a month so I did not make a payment of 190$ this last week well come to find out its bi weekly so instead of the 390$ I paid 590$ this month for a POS truck. After being frustrated lady laughs an says Im sorry but u need to pay. Rude. I will never ever buy anything from them again. My experiance with country auto was horrible, i was led to believe i was put into a great truck, come to find out, not so much. Bumper was tide with zip ties to keep it on, they tell me that my payments a ceratin about, now they say no its bi weekly so it doesnt matter if its 500$ a month its still bi weekly, never again. Read fine print before making any purchances with country auto.

Please look around and do your research before you go to country auto! Not giving the price of the vehicles up front seems very shady at best perhaps even unethical. The sales people and staff are very nice. Dont let that fool you into coming out of there in a car you are horribly upside down in. Most likely you have other options. If you know that payday loans are bad for you then be smart and do your research before going to Country auto. Im extremely disappointed in their sales tactics. Very nice people though which makes it harder to see when you may not be getting a fair price.
