Horrible experience. I brought my car in around 1:30 to have a tire that is losing pressure checked. About 3:00 I asked when it would be ready. The ditzo woman at the service desk said that an assistnt aznager had come in and called a meeting. Later I talked to asst mnager, he said two other cars were ahead of me. There was noone there when I brought the car in. Its now 5:30. No other places are open

It was a very busy day but they took care of car needs.

There’s never anyone in the auto department for help

Took my car in for an oil change at 3PM, waited till 433pm and then finally I asked if my car was ready. Time stamp on receipt says car was done at 325pm I sat in the waiting room for an hour and half. No one talked to me or asked if they could help. And when I finally asked about my car there was no apology for the mistake of not notifying me it was done. When my fiance got home from hunting I had him check the oil, we had to add oil as it was low. Lets just say I will never be going to the Jerome Walmart auto care center again, I will do it myself or I would rather drive to twin, hell I would even make the drive to Boise before I go to Jerome again.

Took a long time on my car, but everything worked out and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Waited in line to get a key made, and let two people cut in front of me and helped them after I had already been waiting for 10 min
