Walmart s7cks and is part of whats wrong with the world... Here are some platters I made the other day for a friend.

Super busy and huge. The only thing I noticed was the isles are much smaller than Jerome Walmart. Only one person can go at a time. Would be nice to widen the isles so 2 people can pass without having to wait. Other than that. Its very nice and their all pretty pleasant.

We appreciate being able to use the pick up shopping option; especially for those of us who have an issue going into stores, or being elderly, or being disabled, or being a busy individual. The Walmart shoppers do a very good job choosing fresh vegetables, fruit and meat. The staff who brings the groceries and other items out to our vehicle are so kind and friendly!

The nice lady that answered stated yes, 18 wheelers can park to shop here as long as they put the cart away & keep it clean.I always spend too much! Ty guys! Appreciate being able to pull in

It was clean, organized and friendly staff. I got what I needed quickly and checkout was better considering the time of day. Ill be back as usual.

I mean, it is like any other Walmart. Had everything I need. Although, this one is very filled with lots of college student stuff. Like cheap table, cheap chairs, fast food, and small appliances.

Its Walmart..... Clean and organized.

Was told it would be about an hour for service on our car. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, the car hadnt moved. The problem is the stories we were told. A guy will be back from lunch shortly--- a guy just went to lunch---a guy will be here in a minute. I asked for the manager and a coach came and said sorry.We finally left

Picked up my online order, it was good. There were some items that were unavailable, and Im not sure how to make changes when this occurs, but the you g man who loaded my truck was awesome! BTW, Walmart does not allow these loaders to accept tips. Hmm. Finally someone deserving without a TIP JAR who is in extreme weather and such, and I cant tip. Sigh

Had to come to the pharmacy to Walmart after I got off work at 7:00 online is said they were open until 9:00 raced over here and by 7:40 they were closed.. let alone did I have no gas to get over here to the Walmart in Jerome but it turns out they even have it posted on the outside of the building that the pharmacy is open till 9:00.. not happy at all waste of gas and I didnt get my medicine!!!!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and lots of supplies in aisles but had everything we needed.

I only do pick up lately - the pick up crew is amazing!

Prices are great and most of the staff is friendly. However, if you are looking for a good steak or a price on meats, this is not your place. I like a thick steak! Baked goods are fine, if you plan on eating them the same day. But dont plan on eating a day old doughnut. They will be as hard as cardboard! Produce is good.

We parked our winnebago in the back parking lot on the way to my sisters in Idaho. We had a big hail storm. Then we parked there on our way back from my sisters. We had a great time. Thank you so much for letting us use your property over night.

Extremely happy that I found what I was looking for. Self checkout is amazing since you only have two checkers but I understand theres the shortage of employees

Clean and the employees for the most part are nice. However due to its small size it doesnt have quite as many options.

Literally WORST customer service ever last night. I stood at electronics. For over 30 minutes. And when I tried asking for help. 2 people just told me sorry I don’t work in electronics. Not my problem pretty much. Didn’t call anyone to help. Didn’t even try to help in anyway. And then a bunch of other just walked past starring at me. I had to call the store to get someone to come back. And still had to wait for awhile. Then when someone finally came back. She was nicer, but told me that it was to late to get photos now. Even though I put it in an hour before. They say they won’t print anymore off. I don’t ever ever complain, but the customer service was ridiculous tonight! Was gonna buy stuff for dinner too, but just left I was SO frustrated.

Always find something that I cant live without.

This walmart is pretty much like every other Walmart. Not enough staff and staff that is working really hard, but despite them working so much with little help they are all very friendly. Thank you Jerome Wal-Mart staff for being kind and going out of your way to help.

The food was delicious, service was very friendly and the atmosphere was fabulous!

The lay out is different then any other Walmart Ive been to,but Ill learn it. Its bright and clean. During the first weeks of the month they have alot of outs. Could improve but its a Walmart so what do you expect?

Pay your employees more and they wont hate their job.

MAKE SURE YOU KEEP A EYE ON THE PRICE POSTED AND THE PRICE YOU GET CHARGED!!!!!!!!!This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER EXPERIENCE. We got home to discover that they charged us the wrong price for just about everything we bought. Not going to make a big deal about it but promise we wont ever return.

Walmart is always a fun place to be... THEY always have alot of clearance items to find really awesome stuff that you usually have to pay more for I mean they always have great deals some time its just what the DR. Ordered...

They need to have more cashiers. All those empty registers . More employees walking around doing whatever than there is at the tellers

Not professional management.. weve been waiting in line for over 15min with only one cashier.. we went to talk to a manager named Damian he said only one cashier trained and hes not welling to open another cashier and help himself.

Never seem to be enough cashiers, but the online ordering goes around the problem.

Only 3 cashiers for the busy pre-dinner, after-work, Friday afternoon and payday for many time. No shopping carts for walk in customers on our side when we left.. Wow! Shelves well stocked and store is clean!

Remember that line from the movie Demolition Man when they said all restaurants are Taco Bell? well pretty soon Im afraid all shopping will be Walmart. As a consumer you almost have to go to there. Walmart almost always has the best prices but what they really need is more cashiers. I think its extraordinarily annoying that now the check out yourself stations dont take cash but they still only have one line open with an actual cashier. Does anyone know why they spend all that money on making cashier checkout lanes but refuse to hire anyone to staff them??? Thats a great question for Histories Great Mysteries!!

Stopped in for washer fluid and to use the restroom and place was well kept up.

Not enough checkers. Had people standing in line like six deep and I saw two cards that had been left with groceries in them cuz they wasnt going to stand in line.

They did have what we wanted they then called the Jerome store to see if they had the battery we needed and the did that when we got there we had a long wait to get help and when we finely got waited on he said they could not install the battery because we didnt have a battery the down and they didnt have a battery tie down we could use. at that point we told them no thank you and went to ORileys who had what we needed.

We went in for a new RV battery. The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful and friendly. The store was clean.

There is never anyone around when you need assistance and when you do find someone they ignore you and will literally pretend they dont see you. They only ever have one cashier working with a line that goes from one end of the store to the other. The self check-out area only ever has couple machines up and running. You run in to grab a couple things and it takes a minimum hour to get out of there. Not to mention they always close the doors on the pharmacy side at different times everyday and always way to early. They also dont do well at all keeping stock and supplies during certain times of the months. However, they do pretty good keeping it clean and organized. I like that they continue to sanitize and clean the carts for the customers.

Two very important things during this pandemic: please do more to enforce wearing masks ESPECIALLY among your employees, and please be ready at least close to the time that has been scheduled for a customer to pick up their groceries. Its unacceptable how long my wife has had to wait.Lastly, staff more cashiers. I know that the philosophy of Wal-Mart is to have as few employees working as economically possible, but at least provide us customers with the illusion that you give a damn.

We have been using WalMart curbside for over a year now. The staff that loads our groceries are always very efficient and courteous. Always a good experience.🙂

Simply ok. This Walmart is neither above or below the average Walmart. The layout makes very little sense which is of course to make you Trek up and down several aisles in hope that something extra will jump into your cart. The product is only partially stocked forcing you to either change what you wanted or try to track down an elusive employee who probably wont have any answers for you anyway.However this has become the norm for Walmart as a company, Im pretty sure we all stopped expecting good customer service there years ago.So if you would like a mediocre shopping experience this is the place, you should definitely stop in.

The employees at the Jerome Supercenter have been really great during the pandemic with their pickup service. Today Betsy and Andrea did a superb job on my weekly order. Give those ladies a raise!

Found exactly what I needed quickly and didnt have to stand in line for long today. Best service at Walmart in a while.

It was nice to get out we ithout a mask

Went to Wal-Mart today to buy 7 pair of shorts and 7 [email protected] each but I wanted to try on the shorts but nobody there and a lady came over ask me if I needed help I said yes I want to try on shorts she said she will call someone I wanted 1/2 hour no one came so I left with nothing the cart had about 600.00 dollars worth of close and more WoW you loss.never going to shop at Wal-Mart again.

The store was very clean &,orderly. The produce was fresh and well displayed. Didnt have to waite in checkout only about 1 min. Over all was great. Everyone wore masks&used distancing. 🙂

Probably the cleanest nicest WalMart Ive been in. Would have done 5 starts but some of the employees see you coming and run off so they dont have to help you.

Easy to shop. Can find what I need most of the time.

Never a fan of Walmart but the clusters they cause in the doorway, in line, and down the over packed aisles just makes it worse.

The garden center is great ! Unlike lowes ...the plants are alvie and beautiful!

I hated it today waited in line 10 minutes to self check out they couldnt take cash. Moved to a different lane and had to wait 20 more minutes to check out. Not fair.

Large size selection is minimum and employees are inconsistently rude. Add subway worker morning 07/18/2021 overcharged me right after hooking two different looking people up with the same two sandwiches. Just spent over 200 dollars at this location but besides truck parking I was very dissatisfied.

Great Grocery and Prescription Pick Up Offered

I bought a set of tires from them. One is bad so I went to see if I could replace 2 of them. Told me they didnt have them in stock, didnt know when they would be in stock, and unwilling to order them. Just wow!

Need more cashier. Self device backed up to 🍌 s and the 3 out of 7 lanes with cashiers all had 5 to 7 people in line. No one call for more help? This is the 4th time here standing in line. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Thats right they are making billions this way. Let us all speak with our dollar bills and spend them at a business that cares about their customers time as much as there own. I think this place will be last on my list to spend money at!

Love shopping at a store like Walmart that puts a lot of things on reduced clearance sale just before the holidays. I can do a lot of my Christmas shopping and not have to worry about cost. As a retired grandmother it is awesome! Thanks Walmart!!!

A lot of non-specialty items are almost never in stock.

Called several times different departments no answer. If you plan on calling please dont waste your time. Store is nice however.

They never have enough cashiers! Even before covid. I went to grab a few things today and the lines were all extremely long. Each line was backed into the clothes and the self check out was half way down into the produce

Easy truck parking, enter off the main road, you can exit on the side street to the light

Friendly staff and very clean facility. If youre needing to shop quickly, this isnt the place, rarely have more than 3 checkout lines open and they are always packed. Stop hiring stockers and hire more damn cashiers. Very easy of an issue to correct, but its been this way for years, so I doubt any future changes.

Customer service and appreciation at this location is abysmal, in nearly every department. Employees seem to be inconvenienced by merely doing their job, and are routinely rude and indifferent to customer. A bad encounter with one employee is one thing, but this is an EVERY SINGLE TIME occurrence. Lying to customers, refusal to help find items, even calling to ask questions about policy is like pulling teeth. I would highly recommend anyone new to the area to just bite the bullet and drive to Twin Falls. No problems there at all. Only downside is this is the one open latest until Burly or Boise. Ill be returning what I can to this location and no longer shop there. Ill order online or drive further. Either way would be more pleasant and effective than another encounter with these employees. Id call corporate if I felt there would be any use to it. Walmart employees do not care about you here, just know that at the very least

Staff is consistently cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The store is almost always well stocked.

This is my 2nd favorite Walmart. Friendly staff, clean store, & a good amount of variety make this store stand out.

Took forever to receive my pickup order. In Portland I never waited more than 1minute for someone to bring it. Hollywood Wal-Mart neighborhood market was terrible

They seem to be way better organized than Twin and the people so much more friendly

Just a very nice place to shop. Had needed items on shelves and pulled out in front so shorter people could reach. Checkers and staff were friendly and helpful.
