Their service was exceptional and worth paying for. The technician is prompt, polite, and was efficient in handling the repair. He knew the effective way to fix my oven hinge problems. So happy that after an hour of service, everything was fixed and my oven was working well again. It was an awesome repair. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

Thermador Group did the most amazing job. We contacted them at 10:00 on a Saturday night with water running out from under the fridge. They were back to us within minutes telling us how to turn off the water and they would be at our house at 9:00 the next morning (Sunday!). He quickly found the issue and had it fixed in no time. He was clean and left it looking like he was never even here. We recommend them 200%!

He assessed the problem with the dryer and fixed it promptly. The washing machine needed a few parts but it only took two days for him to return and repair it promptly. Brooks at Thermador Group successfully repaired our GE washing machine! He came out immediately when called the same day, it only took him a few minutes to figure out the problem and that it needed a new part, got the part within two days and immediately came over to replace it.
