I had a horrible customer service experience. All of their representatives lack integrity and are not transparent with the customers. I felt betrayed after finding out that all the things Ramon Benavides, Jose Perez and Luis Martinez said were all lies just to get me to blindly sign the contract.On the night that I purchased the car I kept trying to review the contract prior to signing it, Ramon interrupted me and “explained” each paper that I had to sign. The next day I reviewed the contract and realized there were a few discrepancies, including the “free” services that Ramon mentioned were actually charged. I went the very next day and I asked to speak with Ramon’s manager, Luis Martinez. I brought all my concerns to Luis Martinez hoping that he could fix the mistake that Ramon made and it turned out that he only partially fixed the issue. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I will make sure that everyone knows about this horrible experience. I was practically tricked into signing a contract based on lies. They took advantage of my trust. Luis Martinez pointed out that based on the cooling off period I couldn’t cancel the contract but more importantly he didn’t feel like fixing the problem.People need to be careful when purchasing a car from here, they are not looking out for your best interests. Please go somewhere else!

This rating is for Customer Service/ finance department. I hate to say but they are totally unprofessional. You make calls and always told to leave your information and no one ever gets back to you. Its been 2weeks and yet not one soul has reached out to even ask whats the concern. I work with people and know that it can be overwhelming but the decency of calling back and helping someone is the right thing to do. I have purchase cars from many other dealers and never had to go through this. More so when the company make and error that will effect the buyer. This is not good. I dont like leaving reviews like this but this one is called for it... I gave them the benefit of the doubt but nope.. Next step is legal action Because all my document are point and I simply dont like being taking for a fool and now more than ever. I just wished there service was much better and properly trained ~ Super upset buyer that wont buy another Honda. Nina

Ive always have had a good experience in the sales department at Metro Honda! No complaints at all. I even have had good service with my lease buyout managed to work with me and give me a good deal.As for service, there was a point I had a problem with my car. It was tricky and no one could figure it out. Rich, the director of the service department was able to assist me and help me through the process. He was also able to get me a loaner were no other dealers had one available at the time. He was able to provide results other dealers could not. I am super thankful with Metro Honda. Definitely recommend it to anyone for any car needs from buying a car, buying out your lease, to service! They will assist you in any way!

All the negative reviews are 100% true, I recently got a car here . Went in for a 28,000 dollar car and came out having to pay 35,000 . I don’t know why and how but these people are scams . I asked them to bump the price down because of the car coming with scratches and they denied . They were quick to add 7k onto the car though and when I got there the car wasn’t even there, a manager was driving it as their new car as if he owned it but still no discount and instead over charged me after I already put my down payment . They’ll show you a price and monthly payment plan but then change it up when the contract comes not notifying you that they added 7,000 more . I’ll update if anything gets fixed here .

In Comic book guy voice: Worst...Dealership...Everrrr! My brother has brought his car over there many times for a dent in his rim and they continually dismiss him and say that he had a nail in his tire and never resolve the rim issue, even thought the insurance told him that they should fix it! Be very wary when you go to metro Honda cause they sure love to see people wasting their time and spend it all there for nothing.

Very accommodating and helpful. My salesperson Genaro Velez was very kind and patient. Took his time in helping me get the car I wanted. Even went out of his way to help me get my co-signers signature for the paperwork. He help me every step of the way in filing out the forms and make sure I had the right plan for the vehicle. If you are looking for a car at Metro Honda my man Genaro Velez is the right guy you need to speak with.My finance helper Irwin was very helpful as well. Did everything in his power and might to have me leave with the vehicle on the day of. Gladly appreciate his assistance in finding me a plan for the vehicle. He work with the budget I had and worked out a way in finding me a plan that fits me well. Stayed with me till the end and did not give up until he find something for me.Very thankful for this two for helping me gain one of my dream cars! Again if anyone there needs a car come check them out and they will do everything for you to get the car you want.

I have mixed views of this dealership. I had bee coming here for 2 years and I would come for oil change. They would take 3hrs for oil change but I was ok didn’t have any complaint. I could have changed oil by myself but I wanted to give my business and support this dealership. I even recommended this shop to my sister and they bought car from this dealership.But last 3 times when they changed oil they always put conventional instead of fully synthetic oil. I ignored first time ( I thought they must be very busy and mistakes happen) and when I went again for oil change I even mentioned that pat time you guys put conventional instead to fully synthetic and they said they would make sure that this time is fully synthetic.When I drove car I realized oil was losing 10% after driving 300 miles and I think they again put conventional and I was like OK and I will give another chance.And when I went again and they put conventional oil again. She I drive car I realized that oil was losing 10% life after driving of 300 miles. After this I didn’t go back again.I had been customer of almost 2 years and just like any other dealership they try to sell you things and try to make your bill $$$. But if you not satisfied you could take to manager and manager will even give you discount or coupon.May be I will give them another chance in future.

Picture taken on a Sat. Fairly busy when I stopped by with appointment. Was greeted quickly and brought to sit down promptly with my family. Ive financed/leased here on three separate occasions. I wouldnt walk in without at min looking into their deals and pricing but that goes for any dealership. Was treated excellent on each occasion. Great experience.

Horrible, horrible experience and agents. Everyone there is rude and a grifter. There mark up is higher than the national average (going over 15-20% for new cars), AND the charge to over 2,000 dollars just to inspect the car, and if you want to purchase a precertified car, you have to pay $4000(at least), just to get the certification warranty that comes standard on precertified vehicles at an other dealer (including other Honda dealers).One of the WORST dealer experiences in my life. And even after I told them I am not interested, somebody or another keeps calling! They tried to get me to purchase a car without even adding up the amounts to tell me the total number. Conman and grifters all, please avoid this place if you want a good deal. Go to a different Honda dealer, because this place will rob you.

Car buying is so tough now ! I know chip shortage is really making it difficult, but the service we get from the dealers is diluting ! Takes an hour to meet a sales specialist :( crowded ! No stock everywhere ! No test drive . I always have been a fan of Honda and I hope things become better for car dealers and customers :)

Terrible customer service. This etiquette should be taught in the service department. Why would a service person ask me (do you want me to help you or not?) With an ridiculous attitude and frustrated. Im the one who should be frustrated to be here for an oil change with a 2+ hr wait for only an oil change Last time i was here it was for 4 hrs for an oil change. They offer the 30 minute Express oil change on the website but its not true. Theres a huge banner with a triple 888 toll free customer service hotline number to call and Of course that number is not even in service. I mentioned it to the cashier she waved her hand like oh yeah that number doesnt work... Honda Please tell your associates dont bring the bad attitudes to work leave it at the front door. Just maybe and I repeat Just maybe I will try the Honda on Rt 22 but thats crazy because its further from my home. I Didnt even receive my 12 point inspection that comes with the oil change

I was initially disappointed with my experience due to a delay in my service and the unavailability of a loaner vehicle. Sabatino heard my issue and explained what happened and did his best to make sure I felt like my time was valued. I wish there was option of NO stars at all for this place. I got a lease and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made! Since the lease started and until now! Today is even worse!!! -3, Stuffed clams and Salmon was spoiled. I spoke with the manager on duty, but he still allowed guests to take the spoiled food. I even suggested that he should sample them, but he told me, he didnt eat seafood. Bottom line, you di not let guests serve themselves rotted food after a complaint.

I have had 2 very bad experiencs at metro Honda when it comes to sales. If you are trying to sell your own car do not deal with Ronald. The most condescending sales person I have met who raises his voice and thinks he is the some kind of royalty. He thinks he can raise his voice and give false information about your car. Walks in saying my car was in an accident which i know was not the case then when I said it wasnt he says Im not arguing with you Im just saying what I see. Then he says was looking at something else. No apology no nothing just started raising his voice. I nearly walked out on him and then he started giving me advice on how to deal with sales people. He needs to learn how to talk to customers before giving customer advice. Work for a Lexus dealership if you like to drive a Lexus more than a Honda. Thats not information I care about.He actually told me he doesnt even like driving Honda cars. Why work for Honda then? My first car was from metro Honda and the experience was great then but now its just pathetic. Take your business to any other Honda showroom.On the other hand the service department is great and very helpful. Go there for to service your car but not for the sale.

My Fiance and I went to Metro Honda and were looking for a nice car. My car was a 2006 Honda Civic with 176000 miles and it was time for a upgrade. Spoke to David Sims when we got there and he understood and was able to get us into a 2018 Honda Accord with only 3,000 miles on it . THANK you so much David Sims we love the car so much . UPDATE: 10:30a: I received a call from Jose, the Sales Director who was personable, pleasant, apologetic and informative. I have increased my stars from 1 to 3. I have an appointment this Friday. To be continued...9:49a: I found the general and finance managers email addresses on the website. Thats a pleasant surprise. Ive since sent an email to share my experience and displeasure. I immediately received a response from Nicholas, General Manager, who said I will receive a call from the Sales Director.9:25a: i am disappointed and frustrated to say the least.  Prior to me leasing my car, I have been a long standing customer with Metro Honda service with my previous Honda. I received top notch service by the former service team that included Steven (who I miss very much), he is no longer with this location. Three years ago I leased my car and its now matured and my intent is to learn my options.Today, I called Metro Honda to be transferred four times and spoke to three different people (who appeared to be receptionist) who were not helpful. My request was to schedule an appointment to discuss my options. With the final transfer (I ended back with the original receptionist), who first told me I should call my bank to discuss financing. When I pushed back regarding coming on-site, she then said I dont need an appointment. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge who was knowledgeable and could assist me. She again transferred me (without telling me) to one of the previous receptionist I spoke to that was of no help.

Called twice to see if I could bring it in same day, was told yes both times. After 40 minutes of waiting, they tell me the guy who fixes rear windows left 5 minutes ago. Had me drive away with my window still busted.The guy who sent me away said I can return tomorrow morning. I’ll update the review if I actually get served.Was in a minor emergency as well. That part isn’t their fault, but they sure weren’t helping.

BUYERS BEWARE! I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary after having such a horrible experience leasing my new vehicle at metro Honda. I’ve leased previously with them without complaint, however felt completely swindled in this experience. THEY DO NOT HONOR DEALS FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I agree with previous reviews that they just keep moving numbers around without any clear explanation of where anything is coming from. It is not until I was with financing when I saw they were overcharging me 4,000 for my new vehicle and used my trade in value to simply raise the cost of the vehicle instead of taking off my bottom line. While there is a chip shortage, this is still outrageous. At this point, they have kept you waiting for hours hoping you will not catch the details. I will not be using metro Honda in the future.

My experience with this dealership has been unfavorable. I purchased a Honda Civic last month. I love the car but hate the service that I’ve received. My temporary tags expire tonight and the dealership still don’t have the plates. My salesperson David Bivens told me to just explain everything to the cops if they try to pull me over. I’ve called 5 times to speak to a manager and they just give me the run around.

Wanted a pilot ex-l. Called and they said they have a few in stock. I asked them to let me know as a courtesy if they are sold out as I was coming from NY. Told them I was going the next day. Sat in 3 hours of traffic and when I got there, no pilot available. Seems like a common courtesy to let me know especially when they called 4 times to confirm the apt.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE HERE !we brought a car in to get it checked out and have them tell us that insuarance wont cover because the car has been damaged due to an accident. Then they want us to pay 600+ for a diagnosis. After leaving the car with them for a few days to try and see if insurance can cover a portion of the fees, we come back with the car in a worse condition ?We paid for repairs but when we checked, nothing was done. I hope I can take this to court.They then try to scam us by telling us that we can leave the car with them and they can do repairs. But they refuse to have us leave the key with them... So how will they do repairs without the key ? Then they tell us if you dont want to do that, then take the car . but they wont give us a receipt ? Everything was shady and i dont recommend anyone doing business with them.

Service here is decent. Not great. Wait times on the other hand are atrocious. Went in at 8am to get a new battery put in. Didn’t leave till 2:30pm. Service people are nice but get annoyed quick when you ask them for an update. Personally I don’t mind the wait but be up front about it and don’t keep telling me “15-20 minutes” when I’m waiting there for hours. Looking at you William. Other than that it is what it is. Would I come back here? Only if I cleared my schedule and was prepared to be there all day.

I’ve been a long time customer of Honda on 440. My fiancé and I have been wanting something bigger for our family for awhile now so we took our chance and just went and see what our options were. Ended up finding something to our liking and sat with Genero to discuss numbers and he was able to work for us and make us happy customers. Ended up walking away with a pre-owned certified Honda Pilot with cheaper payments then my accord and got an amazing deal with Sam (finance rep) and it was a win win deal for us all! Would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a car whether new or used. The reps here really do their best to make their customers happy.

Never again will I do business at this dealership. To begin it wasnt not even a month after I financed my car and it wont start. Had to get it towed. Call after call to get status and no one answered. Finally I get a text to pick up my car. 24 hrs I get my car back and once again wouldnt start. Now, the AC isnt working and the rear view mirror on passenger side seem to have been broken. Told to bring it in at 7:30am the next. Now Im it been a hold they and no seem to be working. I call from my cell phone and I get send straight to voice-mail, but call from a different number and they answer only to send me to voice-mail. Car is only two months and has been in the service 4 times already.

There is the worst service I ever had. The working team dont try to make things better during the visit. They also are unfriendly and rude. I call in advance to get the service and ask if they have a loaner car or at least to have service to drop me off where I need, which they offered to me though phone call. However, when I got there they didnt have neither one, so I was suppose to use it out my pocket.During my service they found the problem in my car and they have to order the part, now its been two weeks and they didnt give me a call back about my part. I dont think Ill ever go back there for service or for my next car

Not sure how this place has good reviews. I have never felt so cheated and lied to at a dealership. Walked out cause they just kept moving numbers around to hide fees and inflated interest rates. Tried to give me a 15% interest rate with tier 1 credit. And after asking multiple times, they would not show me my credit score or show me the certification of the car. They just slapping certified on the cars charging $3000 for the certification and not doing any work on them. the next dealer gave me .09%, provided me the certification upfront and no bs. Don’t waste ur time here.

First, I informed the agent of my budget, and what I was looking for. But then it turned into not only showing me cars that I wasnt interested in, but was told that they wouldnt sell me a used car because it was pointless. When I reiterated my budget, the agent proceeded to tell me it wasnt realistic because of the year and model (that I didnt want) would be over $500 a month in payments. The kicker, had he actually crunched numbers and considered my co-signer that was with me, he may have had a sale. Instead he was worried about making sure his commission was good for him out of the deal. Took my business elsewhere and got what I wanted within the budget and payment plan I wanted. Thats my suggestion to everyone who reads this!

Brought my wife here to get her car serviced. We were met by someone named Jonathan who was extremely rude and condescending. We tried to be courteous and polite multiple times while talking to him and were met by nasty remarks and tone. He also made us wait for half an hour just to give him our keys and when I went to see where he was, he was buying snacks from the vending machine. We decided to wait 10 more minutes. When I checked on him again he was sitting down in the waiting room eating snacks. We left and will be reporting this to Honda America.

Terrible customer service... They are not transparent with prices. Called them over the phone and they want you to drive over and then they will tell you. The receptionists also kept tranferring. This is for routine things like oil change or brakes, nothing complicated for a Honda Dealership. Red flags all over for being a Stealership.You been warned. Stay away and try other dealerships that were transparent like Open Road Honda or DCH Honda.

I went yesterday Monday July 26th after making an appointment with Kaitlynn. I found a sales associate outside the office. He asked me what brought me there. Then he asked me to follow him to his office. When he saw me confused, he told me that Kaitlynn is just helping customers for appointments. I showed him the email I received from Metro Honda, and the car I liked. He didn’t tell me at first that the price on the website is not the real price. He didn’t tell me I have to add more than $3000. He didn’t tell me that the 0 APR on the email I received is only for new cars. He didn’t also tell me that I can get 0.99 APR up to 38 months for some used car if I get qualified. I checked well several Honda websites and I found cars from Metro Honda with the deals I mentioned. However, the sales associate didn’t mention a lot of details. His only concern was to sell me the first car I showed him even though I asked him about other cars. I cannot trust people who act like this. When I ask a question is for a purpose, and I want a clear and honest response. Dealing with customers is all about TRUST and HONESTY. By the way, he was nice and polite, but unfortunately, he didn’t provide me with details. He was hiding what I really wanted to know.

Looking for a mid size SUV (CRV) and made an appointment with a sales representative. When I walk in the sales rep was completely standoff-ish. He said the only CRV was in the show room and I could just look at the interior. He also said that there was no used or new models (complete BS as there were several in the front). Ended up going to other dealerships in the area like Hudson Toyota, Nissan, and Hyundai which were 10x better, letting me test drive and getting my information down. Not interested in the CRV nor buying at this dealership anymore, and I definitely wont be recommending this place to Google or friends/family.They were also looking for new hires, I caution anyone to work here since itd be hard to make a good commission if customers are constantly getting pushed away.

I sent my car for 2 weeks and a half, no body update me. the staff who handle my case is totally lost contact, not pick up calls, not replying emails, voice mail is full. i called the store, his supervisor knows nothing, cannot find the person........totally messy~

Worse dealership ever! Not going to rehash the fact that by the end of the day I was charged almost $2000 for paying cash instead of financing through them on top of the $2000 certification fees, but been asking for copies of the documents that I signed from a month and a half ago. Now I get in the mail a letter that was supposed to go to a different customer. Called the dealership to be transferred 4 times and then was told someone will call me back as “they are extremely busy at the moment “. I will never ever do business with guys.I have got cheated by sales guy. I have got know after 6 months, when I went for 1st service . They told me it is certified car while making a deal, but it is not certified car, they haven’t put that in paper (I don’t know, it should in paper, but in ad they mentioned it is certified) I came to know from service guys in my first service .Also, they haven’t given me 2nd car key . When I asked these, they are saying it is not in the deal .If buyer, who has little knowledge, then we will be prey like me. I have seen another guy, who is fighting for, that this sales guy added extra warranty with out his knowledge .I went so many times, it’s all vainI am not able to sleep after realizing it.So buyers beware beware about these guys, they will try cheat you like me .

While buying a new car can be an awesome feeling, the process usually isnt. I needed a new car but was dreading spending my entire Saturday at the dealership. To my much appreciated surprise, the exact opposite happened! I had a 9:30 AM appointment with Alexa and I drove off the lot with my new car before 12:00 PM. Alexa was wonderful and took in everything I needed/looking for and found the perfect car for me. Max was also very helpful in the process and extremely nice. This place is worth visiting. The staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and quick! I cannot thank Alexa and Max enough!

Have a bad experience because I waited in the car for almost 20mins,nobody didnt tell me any thing. Then I went to the clerk to ask what should I do and told me to wait in the car again that someone will come. The waiting time is not the problem but at least someone should be there to welcome or say something like we will be right with you not to leave me in a state of confusion.

This has to be the worse service center ever. Dont ever bring your car to Hudson Honda on 440. I dropped my car off at 11:15am. I send it for an oil change and diagnostic for steering wheel. It is now 2:22pm nothing has been done. No communication what so ever. No calls until I called to check up on the car. I had an appointment. So disorganized.

A lot of dealerships don’t usually care this much, but the manager Max made sure I got the best possible deal for the car of my preference. I’m posting this review on behalf of my mother that has been a customer with Metro Honda for a little over two years now. At first we had no problems, our salesperson Nick is great. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the Finance department since October and it’s now May and I have yet to receive a call back. Being that it’s been EIGHT months, and I still haven’t received a call back, yet alone an email I consider it very unprofessional. Probably won’t even recommend anybody else here if this continues.

If the there’s a negative rating, I’ll put a negative. This is the worst place to make a purchase. No one(salesman, sales manager and finance manager) in the place can’t explain all the fees for the vehicle. I have been fooling around by them. They don’t answer phone calls. They don’t call back. Everyone is avoiding the situation. No one wants to help after you make a purchase. Very unprofessional!!!

Very unprofessional. During my last oil change, metro honda forgot to screw my engine shield plate back on the bottom of the car. On the highway, on my way home I heard a noise under the car I pulled over to check and noticed the shield plate was dragging on the road. It wasn’t screwed in properly. I went back to metro honda the following day and explained to the employee in maintenance he did tell me he understood and assure me he’ll fix it. It was good until today July 21st, 2021 I took my car back for maintenance A (oil change). Metro Honda changed my oil and didn’t put my engine shield plate back on instead they told me they will give me an estimate on the shield plate. I tried to explain my concerns to the service & parts director also known as Christopher. I told Christopher I never had a problem with my engine shield plate until the day I got service to my car, Christopher responded rudely and unprofessionally. Due to Christophers customer service, I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to this dealership.

Service department tried to sell me a wheel alignment that my car did not need ($125) and before even looking at the car. I had to do my own research to confirm that the dealership was lying. Deception and lack of ethics is such a poor representation of the Honda brand. The service department is poorly run (it seems like there’s no management at all) and some employees are rude or apathetic. I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After my car was serviced and I had to spend $60+ on Uber because of how long the service appointment took, I wasn’t even told where they parked it and I had to find it myself in their huge lot in the back of the building. I will not be returning to this dealership as they tried to scam me out of more money and the customer experience was horrendous. This is what a loyal customer that has leased cars from their dealership gets. Horrible!

Really disappointed I bought my old car from them and when I sold it and went to go get a car from them they added 8k on top of the price so aggressively even added a fee for them servicing the car before they sell it which is another $1000 really disappointed will never go their again. They raised the price 8k when I said I’m paying cash and the sales guy without mentioning names straight told me yea because we make money from finance. Really the worse experience had today.

Worst experience ever. I thought taking my car to the dealership would get the work done right but all I got was the runaround it took over a month just to replace the bumper. My insurance was over charged for after market parts and when I got the car back the hood looked like it was switched out because it was all scratched up and the paint was all chipped up like an old hood. Very disappointed.

These people advertised a certified Honda CRV for $20,000 on the internet. When we got there, the car had a price of $26,000 on the window. He admitted that the lower advertised price was to draw customers in. He said they would honor the advertised lowered price. By the time he added on a plethora of fees, the final price went right back up to $26,000. This included an additional $2k fee for the certification which means they werent selling a certified vehicle for $20,000 at all. BUYER BEWARE

Had an appt on 8/26/21 @ 6p for an oil changeWaited 17 mins in from of service gate. Then the guy told me “you have to be on time for late appts like this” rescheduled for 10a on 8/27/21. Oil change took 2 hrs WITH AN APPT.

The service area need to be more organized and focused. They just taking customers randomly I was before 2 customers and they went before me when I confronted the guy he said wait for the other guy . One suggestion they should give customers a tag number or something my first time and I didn’t like it

I have had multiple experiences here. I bought my car here in 2018 and whenever I come here for the oil change, it is always a headache. I dont know what is the point of taking an appointment if the wait time just to checkin is more than an hour. People here are very rude and not clear about the process. I would not recommend this place.
