Ive been here twice for an oil change and had a great experience. Everyone working there was really nice and got me out of there pretty quickly. I found the prices pretty affordable compared to other shops.

The employees continually try to scam customers with increasing package rates - has happened on multiple occasions. I would not recommend their services to anyone I know.

Terrible service! I got there to ask questions about their price and the Dominican woman already had an attitude!Asked the Dominican guy in the shop and he told me it was between $30-40 then I get inside then the other Dominican guy was trying to up the price. Then I ask what the actual price and he was trying to make me wait a long time for it. I know Dominicans hate dark skin people seeing how they treat Haitians in their country…I will never do business with them again. Just deplorable business practices.Never again!!!

Quick Service.Efficient staff. Went for a oil change on a saturday, and it was done and my car was ready in 15 minutes. Also, they are the only one open late on saturdays in this area, so thats a big plus.

That guy that took care of my car was friendly but that secretary at cashier is like shes. Muted cant even said hello bad customer services. I went there on may 21 around 4.45 pm this places need to get people with better customer skills even a atm machine said hello but that girl is like muted

Fast service but not what it used to be. You no longer get what you pay for. 17 point check? I had to sit in the car due to Covid precautions so I know for sure they did not check most points. Havent been there for a few years. Last time I was able to get a tire rotation but now they said the lift didnt fit my car. I even called before and the person asked me the car model. She told me $29.95 which was fine. Seemed like they just did not want to do it. But of course there was the up sell for a transmission and power steering flush. Will not be going back. Service has gone down. Overpriced for what you get.

Bad customer service. I drove 45 minutes after calling with an appointment time to arrive, just to be denied when I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time.

They did the 17 point check and marked both my tires and lights as fine. My tire pressure light had been on and my brake light was out; clearly they did not check. When I asked them about it they were extremely unprofessional. I now question whether they actually put in the full synthetic I opted for.To the owner: Thanks for your response. Stopped by with a voucher from Carvana for an oil change to be paid by Carvana. Receptionist lady barely considered it and denied me service. Not too smart to deny service during a pandemic - especially for a shop that has the least amount of business compared to other establishments Ive seen today. I will not be going back here.

Jus got my 2017 Honda Accord EXL oil change by Alonzo ... very happy and satisfied with his service also Alonzo was very helpful with resetting the dashboard lights ... Definitely recommend Alonzo at Flash Lube

The guy said my oil change was going to be $72 plus tax then he tried to put the cheapest oil ever in my car I told him I wanted better oil in my car and he said I had to pay more I told him never mind then he said the oil already out my car I have to choose something..... never again will I go there it doesnt make sense to pay $96 for a 2006 Lexus or you change .. moreover he never said what type of oil I was getting....but for almost 80 buck u would assume your getting oil....dont waste time at this place

You guys cheated and did not replace the engine oil filters when I had oil change at your place, Also I requested 5W-30 oil but the mechanic put regular oil of more viscosity. I had to take my car back to Hudson Toyota to do Oil Change again.You guys are thief’s you rob people specially some of your young guys(mechanics), They don’t change filters nor they put right engine oil, you have only one kind of oil for every car period. WORST LUBE CHANGE IN NJ

Very disrespectful staff. If you’re a woman, don’t even go. They will stare you down and make you feel so uncomfortable.They will try to sell you things you don’t need. They called me to tell me my filter needed to be changed but they had opened my glove compartment and everything was on the floor. At least call me in advance to take my things out. No decency or professionalism.What’s more, you’ll end up paying much more than what the service is worth. At this rate I am suspicious if they even put in the synthetic oil that I paid for. DONT GO HERE!Owner, if you are reading this, please have a meeting with your staff about professionalism and etiquette.

I have had two experiences here, a five-star one and a three star. It depends on who you get to work on your car. When I came on a Saturday they seemed like they just wanted to get me in and out. I asked for 35 psi in tires and I got 45. They also overfilled the oil past the max... good price and quick though

Been going here for 20 years. Long standing customer. I drove up no cars. The place was empty. All of a sudden an oil change is $89.99 plus taxMechanic told me owner raised the price because of COVID 19. Price went up. Sorry 95.00 for an oil change is way too much. The dealer is $60 plus tax. Honestly I was offended. Pulled My car right out. Will never go back. NEVER!!!!!

Besides from my oil change they helped inspect my new car and told me what work I would need done and a cheaper route to do whether it would be with them or doing it personally . Super helpful .

Worst possible customer care! The mechanic guy who addressed me was very rude and estimated $80+tax for the oil change up. When I realized I was getting charged up for additional things apart from oil change, i requested them to be removed.However, he bluntly refused to do the service if everything is not as per his say and started talking in different language with his other co-worker, I calmly backed my car out and said goodbye as the experience was horrible from beginning to the end. Please save yourself a time and find a better service places.

Excellent lube. The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgable. Reasonable prices. There is always fast service. There can be lines on occasion, but generally they process the lines quickly. One downside is that the station does not pass through so all customers have to back up and out once their oil change is done, so traffic flow can be problematic

Usually take my Honda to dealer, moved out of the city and this was close to work. Had my last 3 done there. 700 miles before the due oil change I hear a noise and ask my BF to check it out. Not a drop of oil, no leakage found by him or mechanic. They checked all my fluid levels, power steering fluid also empty. Come on, how often do you even have to refill that?? They are supposed to check and top off your fluids, obviously that wasnt done. The charge for my synthetic oil change was done properly. Why not the oil change....Honda motors ride till they die if maintained properly and mine was done on or before necessary each time. Car has original parts, no problems all services done as suggested at dealer Have been using synthetic since it hit 105,000 miles...at 140k after 15 years and it dies because it had no oil😠

Great place. I ask the tech to do oil n radiator flush... He comes back to tell me radiator is fine just gonna top it off... he did not try selling someone i did not need. Very clean place.

I should have taken the reviews seriously when I read them the first time. I brought my Mazda CX-7, my car wasn’t having any trouble and I took it there for an oil change since it was nearby and within a week my car started having major engine problems which eventually led to me junking it. Don’t bring your car here.

Dude in the garage tried to hustle me for something that I didnt ask to be done, then proceeded to speak in spanish not realizing that I speak spanish myself, if it wasnt with my wife I would of layed hands on him and my wife said he looked at her in a wrong way. Would never ever step into this place again, and u shouldnt either!

They would get five stars from me... The service I was provided was great except, the one attending me told me my trans fluid was low and bad while my car was off.. Im a car guy so I caught that BS .. although he played it off, the rest of the service was fantastic.

I called Flash Lube in the AM, explained what problem my car was with my muffler. I was asked to stop by in the afternoon within an hour my cars muffler was repaired, quick oil change as well. The staff is very professional, and courteous. I was given some suggestions on what my car needs and will need in the future with no pressure. Very clean and organized shop. Very reasonably priced. Flash Lube definitely has a new customer. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

Expensive paid $75 for a Castrol Synthetic Blend oil change. Guy tried to sell me an engine cleansing treatment for like $100 and change. 3 stars for thieir friendliness and speedy service.

This place is amazing!! I drive in the city constantly because I live in Queens, NY. YES I come all the way from Queens just to get my brakes done here. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you could trust with your baby. Flash Lube was honest and welcoming, they fixed my car with quality breaks for a better price then I have seen anywhere else. Went for oil change and it turned out our car had a broken part. They were very honest and thorough. Did not charge us even though they could havw for the evaluationidway through.

Just literally finished getting my oil changed, radiator and emission checked and fixed. The auto mechanics are super nice and extremely efficient and good at what they do. The service was fast and without a hassle. The facility is clean and up-to-date. I definitely recommend this place and will go back again for my next oil change.

Went in for an oil change. Mechanic was very rude. He rushed me to pull my car in. He immediately suggested a laundry list of repairs. When I refused, his attitude got worse. When it was time for me to leave he waved me outside rudely letting me know my car was done. He didnt even pull it out of the garage for me which I saw him doing for other customers. I wont be going back!

For the love of God please get someone who can answer your phone with something other than hello?This isnt your cell phone...do you work at a business? Can you maybe use some common sense and answer a business telephone with the businesses NAME in it so I dont think I called a random person. Why is everyone lazy?

This is one of the best places to get your oil changed in the area. Decent price, good service and they do get you out quickly. I have not encountered any unwanted or useless up charges. One of the features I really like is that they have security cameras that look at your car and under your car so you can see exactly what theyre doing.

Finally found a quick oil change place after looking in the area for 2 weeks. I loved the professional staff. I was shown the filter and condition of the oil before they proceeded. They also topped off all fluids and had me off on 20 minutes.

I had a bad experience with this place I have 8 cars for me and my family change oil there but last time someone one work there posh me to change high mileage oil because the regular oil is bad for my car and i did that but once I changed the high mileage oil the oil level very low and i asked him after that to change a regular oil he said no we can’t do thatI tried another place and get regular oil for my car it’s great know but i make sure FLASH LUBE don’t know any thing about oil change

I was on my way to work about two days ago when I decided to stop in for a quick oil change. I couldnt believe the professionalism, the quickness and the quality of work that was performed at Flash Lube. The mechanics did not try to sell you anything like other places do, they adviced me that I will need to change my air filter in the future. There was no pressure to buy any unnecessary items, I absolutely got my moneys worth and to top it of the cashier who rang me up was very friendly, very courteous and very helpful, she made me feel like if I had been going to Flash Lube for years. I definitely recommend flash lube to anyone who wants quick, honest and cost effective services.

Got there and they told me the wait was 30 min. I left my key there for them to do the oil change. When I returned they told me it would be another 30 min. Absolutely not a 10 min oil change, wasn’t even that busy. They then said I can only get a synthetic oil change and would not let me get a regular oil change. Since I’m a women they tried to overcharge me and when I got confirmation from my father who said I absolutely don’t need synthetic for my car they got extremely rude and refused to service my car. Never coming back again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I use to take my car here, but after seeing the Jeep Grand Cherokee being towed away in one of the reviews I think this business should be boycut. I question their honesty. I called to ask them a question & the Dominican girl on the phone hung the phone on me, and when I try to call back thinking the call drop she never pick the phone up.

Sent my sister here since her car is used almost 100% for work. It took her longer to get their than for Jose to figure it out quick! She was very pleased.They have mechanics have worked on cars since they were 12 years old.Thank you Jose for saving the day!

I had to rush to Chicago via drive and wanted an immediate oil change.It took me hardly 30 minutes and the staff was good at their work.

Do not go there if you’re a woman. They take advantage of our lack of knowledge. I went for an oil change and they ended up doing an engine flush as well. I had accepted thinking they were sincere but then got over charged. When checking a previous recipe once home I realized they had done the same thing the previous time. I will no longer be going there. Also they gave me one price and at time of paying it was $40 dollars more.

Good place, had an attendant that organized the line of people trying to get oil changes on a Sunday. A very friendly place, their prices are on average for this type of service but if you are a repeat customer you can get a discount on oil changes. Over all very impressed by the service.

Good oil change spot, never too long of a wait, picked relatively the same . They give you a $5 off card Everytime u go . They dont try to upsell the flushes and stuff that much. I took a star off because once they forgot to put the oil stick back in and I was driving with it out for a while . The guys are friendly, the lady in side could be a little more friendly but all in a all decent quick oil change spot.

Went for Oil change and it was quick, it was less 15 mins

I came at 7 on a week night for an oil change. I dont drive much, so when I noticed three other indicator lights appear on the way over-I began to panic. Thankfully, the staff was not only friendly and pleasant to deal with- they also serviced all of my issues at a reasonable price. I will definitely opt to come here next time over the Volkswagen dealership!
