I highly recommend this place. Nour was very helpful and patient when dealing with my troublesome desktop computer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! RUN FROM THIS GUY! I brought my computer to Nour to fix my keyboard and my trackpad on my macbook pro. He said he could fix the problem. He made me pay him in advance for it and 1 week later, when the parts came, he calls me and says that after installing the new keyboard, different buttons that were previously working stopped working and all of a sudden now, the power button in particular stops working. Nour said he would put another keyboard in it. He felt the other keyboard he installed may have been defective. Then after he installs the new keyboard, the trackpad & keyboard works but now the power button DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!!! THE POWER BUTTON WAS NEVER THE ISSUE. Nour then says he is not responsible for fixing it. I explain to him that the button worked during the diagnostic that he did in front of us and that issue happened in his care and he should fix it. Nour says that he cant fix it and can refer someone that could. I asked him to give me a refund since he broke another aspect of my computer that had nothing to do with my original issue. Nour said I was lying about the power button working prior to his care and that it never worked. Which was not true at all. We continue in a long drawn out argument, and he was completely ignoring the questions I posed to him. It ended with me just taking my computer back. Now I have a computer that I cant turn on with the power button. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! RUN FROM THIS GUY!

My moms iPhones home button was broken. So it was really inconvenient for her to make calls/text since she couldnt even go back to the main screen. I remember reading some of the reviews for Aarons iPhone repair a while back so I yelped up and lo and behold! this guy sounds pretty legit. So i called him up to see if he can fix the problem. I ended up bringing the phone to him a few hours later and within 30 minutes he swapped out the home button and even threw in a brand new screen for $50 total! sweet!

I came here because my iPhone 7plus screen was cracked I only live 2 mins away. He got the job done quick but the screen he used was poor quality. It’s nothing compared to apple yes it was cheaper but he still charged a lot compared to others. Ever since I got my screen fixed from him my phone is so slow when I tap the screen or try to do something that involves touching. He charged me a lot but the quality of the screen wasn’t worth it. I feel like going to apple and getting a new screen just because of the view of the phone the brightness also isn’t the same. Idk I feel like he used very very cheap quality items and made the most profit in 30 mins.

My phone got water stuck inside through the cracks I had on my screen. With in an hour or so my phone was repaired and looked brand new. My phone screen was basically destroyed before I came to this place but not only was it done well and Im no time at all but it was at a very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this for everyone.

So over the weekend my son dropped his iphone and the screen stopped working. I immediately went to the apple store in WTC to try to fix the screen. They said to me that the phone looked like it was working properly and that i only needed to change the screen. So after waiting for 4 hours, they come back and say that the phone had “water damage and they couldn’t fix it” and that my only option was to buy a new phone for $300. The phone has never been exposed to water and who is going to pay $300 for an 6s??? So i said no, after seaching for places online i found this place. I explained to the guy what had happened, he took the phone and told me to take a sit. In 15 minutes he calls me to see that the phone turned on and it was working fine, he also checked to make sure everything else was working. Prices are reasonable and customer service is an A+. Before you waste your time with Apple go and visit this place.

Very happy with the service provided at Freedom Tech LLC, setting up the appt via the chat and paying the invoice was very easy. The appt to get the phone repaired did not take long and the technician was great. Now, the phone is like new again! Nice to be able to find a place to get a cracked screen repaired via Google when ATT and Sony did not know where to get the problem fixed!

The worst! Have never written on Google but I felt like I had to now. I just left from this place to fix the back camera on my iPhone 6 and was told to come back in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes the man tells me he cant fix it as easy as he thought and hands me my phone with the back all damaged and scratched up from his failed attempt to fix it. Adding that it will cost more to repair the phone for the original issue. When confronted about the scratches on the back of the phone, he simply ignored me. I told him that its an expensive phone that I had to pay for, and he said I know how much the phone costs without even looking at me, continuing his work and saying nothing more. RUDE.Had he been able to fix the problem, I would have still received a damaged phone which still isnt a proper way to fix a phone.I didnt make a scene or anything because he clearly didnt care about anything and I knew nothing would help the situation.
