My last experience here wasnt so great as the associate seemed to have rushed our transaction on a rather slow day. I picked out a small purse as a present for my god mother. I emphasized with the associate that this was a *gift* and they usually wrap it in a box for me and include a gift receipt. Last time I made a purchase here, a gentleman helped me with my purchase and took his time out to neatly wrap my moms gift. This time, however, the associate left the purse in its original packing (in several plastic bags) and didnt care to wrap it at all. She also seemed annoyed that I asked for a gift receipt just in case my god mother wanted to exchange her gift.

Store was closed when we came 20 minutes before closing time.
