Man this was a match made in heaven. I have no clue how to build a PC. I tried myself and I gave up and gave this a try. First of all this was outstanding service. Synntech was very cool and knowledgeable of what exactly I wanted for the parts that I had. It was actually last second because I needed the build to be done in a day because the next day I needed it for a gaming tournament and he made that happened in no time. For as fast as he did it the product came out outstanding. If you guys ever need help building a pc or even wanting to know about anything to help yourself on what parts to buy etc this is the way to go. In October my son and I embarked on an adventure to build a gaming PC. I’m not a computer person but we had guidance on components to purchase, and videos to reference and help us with the build. Amazingly we got it working until it suddenly stopped. Luckily for us we found Synntech Computers online and I contacted them and they responded right away. They helped source the trouble and identified the component that needed replacement and we got it working. Fast forward two months and suddenly it’s crashing all of the time. I contacted Synntech again and they responded immediately and scheduled a remote in to check our PC’s diagnostics and settings and discovered drivers and updates that were missing and installed all for us. They were reasonably priced for the fast help and expertise. I’m sure they will be hearing from us again!

Your replaced a power supply for my cousin and within a few days it went bad we took it to another shop and found out the BRAND NEW POWER SUPPLY WAS USED!

Was a bit reluctant since this doesnt have a storefront. Word of mouth pointed me and we spoke with Synn over the phone and he taught us everything we needed to know about the cryptocurrency world. He even saved us the trouble of finding the cheapest parts for us, granted it took a bit of time, but it was worth the wait. He built us a custom miner rig, all set up ready to go. All we had to do was turn it on and start the application. Its now running day in and day out with no issues. My husband and I would definitely recommend because Synn made it a pleasant experience and he knows his stuff!

Everything was good my pc runs great but a little pricey. Now I understand why systems builders and custom modders charge a lot. Would have given it a perfect 5 stars but again it was out of the way and pricey.
