The team Derick and Marianne are really great person at the store. They help me and my wife to get appropriate glasses with a great value. They are just awesome! I will recommend them for any one who is at the store please approach them and they will give them a great service with value for money glasses and frames.

The process was so easy and fast. The optometrist that I normally go to doesnt offer some of the things that was done here. It made me feel like it was well worth the money I spent and some. I was in and out in less than an hour with frames in hand. One hour lab is legit

I came in for an eye doctor appointment and to get new eye glass frames. The experience with Dr. Chen was very easy and informative. Once I was ready to pick a eye glass frame, they quickly brought me over to meet with an associate. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Felt very relaxed in the store, easy to look and try on frames and felt comfortable to ask questions. The associates were great! I would highly recommend to anyone and will be coming back for all future eye needs.

My experience today was great! I felt sick while there and the staff allowed me to step out to care for myself and then I was able to return later for a rescheduled appointment. Dr. Chen was very helpful and explained her recommendations. Jeannie was great in helping me pick glasses, she was patient kind and very personable.

I’ve been coming into Lens Crafters in Newport for about 4 years and have never received bad service. This Experience was no different! The associate that helped me name was Alondra and she was amazing. I am a very indecisive person and her patience was truly appreciated. She also went above and beyond to try to find me other frames that I may like and just that extra thought was noticed. Anytime I had to wait she checked in and communicated the reason for the wait and was attentive through the whole experience. LensCrafters as always been my first stop for glasses and optometry. But the LensCrafters at Newport has gone above and beyond in getting my family and I glasses in time for the school year. My daughter got her eyes tested and a new pair of glasses in 3 days. They made her first time warm and friendly; especially Noor and Jeanie.

I always come to this LenseCrafters to get my new frames . The quality is exceptional and they are very accommodating. They made sure I had my own tray and then gave me space to try on all the frames I wanted . Then they took the ones I didn’t want away after to sanitize them . Geni, the sales gal, was helpful and very professional in fine tuning my decision. Anthony, the measurement guy, fit my frames and it was done . It was a very busy Saturday but based on my experiences, this store can handle it and the frames are always finished in a pretty timely fashion.

Honestly the best option for glasses at Newport Centre. Steven took care of us right away. Walked us through the styles and answered our questions. We checked out the Cohens and Lens Crafters in Macys. Hands down, the service and selection are way better at the stand alone Lens Crafters on the first floor. Cant wait for my frames!

They will gatekeep you on your own insurance. Very condescending. I was already being helped by someone and was sat down at one of those desks. I bought frames a week earlier and just got my prescription at their store that day so all I needed were to pick the lenses with my prescription. Someone else senior came around and asked about my insurance. I told them I was already being helped but they continued to probe more. Did they think I was going to rob the store in broad daylight?? Once they found out I actually have insurance, they continued to say the lenses were only 25% off and not 50% off. I told them I already got them the week before from them and the deal was 50% off with purchase of frames and they were be like where are those frames? WHILE the frames set on the table in its box and why was there a reason to doubt every single answer I gave them. Like... The entire time I was made to feel like I was there for handouts although my I have a pretty expensive insurance. So then after that, they try to tell me the lenses are this $$$ expensive like why... its one of those things some salespersons would do if they see someone who looks poor. They were not the one helping me. They just came by because of their seniority in the outlet and grilled me for who knows what reasons. I tried to proceed with my purchase but I just couldnt so I just left. Returned the frames I bought the other week and Im never coming back again.

I had my eye exam in probably 20 minutes total, and it was super effective and everyone was extremely nice! Then I walked to pick a frame, and everything was extremely clean and organized, which made me feel safe during the crazy COVID time. The whole service was amazing, I got an excellent price for my glasses and since they had my lenses, in a couple of hours they were ready! So I had everything done and received the same day which was quite exciting! I would completely recommend it to everyone! I will surely be back for my second pair of glasses!

I went here around 20m after opening to get my nose pads replaced and the metal frame area around the pads cleaned. They said they had five people in front of me and that I would need to wait. I asked for a rough ETA and they refused to give one and they said they would call me when it was ready.I didnt hear anything after over 2 hours, so I stopped back. The store was virtually empty and my frames were untouched on a back table. I asked again if they had any ETA when they could work on it, but they repeated that they would call me when they were done. I asked for my glasses back and left. I cant wait hours on end in a mall without my glasses and no service timeline.I used to get my frames exclusively at LensCrafters, but Im not going to pay premium prices without getting any customer service.
