Do NOT give them your business! The iPhone charger and headphones were MISSING! The rep who connected the new line, looked through the box as I was paying so of course I didn’t think to check again to make sure all items were there. He also gave me the WRONG billing information for this new line. Rude and refused to replace what was missing. Just HORRIBLE!
The services provited at this place is excellent. I always go to pay my bill and to solve any problems I may have with my phones and the service provited by them at the store is great. Very polite and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
DO NOT GO to this location. They sold me a refurbished phone posing it as new. The manager of this store did not properly back up my contacts and managed to get me lock out my Gmail account. Luckily I had an app to backup my contacts. I will never buy a phone there again. They dont even deserve the one star I rated.
The store refused to sell me a sim card unless they activate it (at an additional cost) If I purchase the sim and activate the phone online or over the phone with metro, this costs me 0.00 This was for a new ùnlocked phone I purchased as a gift. I spoke with metro corporate and they confirmed that the sim cards are available for purchase separate. I have lodged a formal complaint against this store with metro pc so they will be scrutinized by corporate. If I could give 0 star I would. Terrible customer service.
Dont shop there they dont give customer POS RECEIPT and they charge me $399.99 for a IPhones 6s and all the other metro pc had them for $299.99. They refuse to give Me a receipt for my phone purchase. Never would shop there rude and disrespectful services.
I brought in an older phone (Galaxy S3) and they refused to connect it, stating it takes an older style sim card and they no longer service it. They werent willing to try a sim card in the phone, to show it wouldnt work, so I believe they where lying.They offered no other service, nor did they refer me to their phones (I would have purchased one). Other phone providers/dealers I have been through (Verizon, Straight talk, AT&T) have always at least tried to solve the issue, or offered another product.I was also informed that Metro PCS is not associated with T-Mobile (Lie).*They dont even deserve the 1 star I gave.
