I always love going to pandora.The service was excellent and the selection is exquisite love shopping for my two beautiful women in my life.. I brought this one for my daughters birthday..

I must say I’ve been to that location twice I’ve spent a decent amount the staff is ok but the manager never friendly. It could be that I caught him on a bad day and when I ask a question he answers me as if I’m getting on his nerves. So since I love pandora I’ll continue to go to Manhattan or short hills where I’m treated like a customer

There are over 20 sales associates in store at one time !!! It is a very small space, and that goes against the CDC and COVID 19 safety protocols! Everyone repeated the same sales pitch while I was inside the store. It was extremely dizzying. They tell you all about the different things that they like and how to spend your money and what is your budget and that is extremely invasive. Its honestly none of there business. I know how to shop for myself. And they said it would take 2 hours to clean my bracelet and charms but she came back with it with in 30 seconds and said she cleaned it and it still looks dirty.

Staff very friendly and always willing to help you out. Not pushy at all. They let you look around and answer any questions you might have. They show you how the charms look on the bracelet and might make a suggestion what goes together. I would have given a five star but they ran out of catalogs and the free gift for spending over $125.

Despite having a location instructing that those who arrive sign their name on the list to wait for the next available attendant, there was no sheet to sign. so when I arrived I decided to wait without disturbing the service to any customer ... I was right in front of this sign that is on the main counter of the store where there were two attendants ... I waited for about ten minutes and noticed that all who arrived after I had already been attended and no one came to talk to me when questioning one would work the answer was that I should stop the service of another customer to warn that I needed help, since I as a customer standing in front of the cashier looking for the clerks clearly waiting. In my turn, it was not enough to show my interest in being served.

I wish I could give them no stars.I called this store to see if I could exchange a bracelet I received for my birthday. I was told if it wasnt purchased at that atore I couldnt exchange it there, I had to return it to the Pandora website and reorder the size I needed. My mother called the same store and was told the same thing. I went to the store to get sized and the nice young man told me, I could have exchanged it at the store as long as I had the sales receipt. They need to train these sales personnel better. I will never purchase anything for this Pandora .

By far our favorite Pandora store. My mom would go out the way just to purchase any Pandora items from this store. Chris by far is the best manager and would go above and beyond to find anything you need.

I went into Pandora to buy my daughter a charm bracelet, and Angeliqué was absolutely an angel. Very helpful, and pleasant!! Loved her Christmas wardrobe, and spirit. If your headed to Pandora, ask for Angeliqué. Merry Christmas everyone!!

Chris the store manager is unprofessional and says that he cannot issue a refund or return by electronic look up. This store staff is uneducated on their own policies. Lastly, the assistant manager has a attitude problem. Never buying from Pandora again. Their products are garbage and customer service not up to par.FU

They sold me a charm that they CLAMED TO BE 14 KARAT SOLID GOLD.. I had it acid tested when I came home to my jewel shop here in Denmark, and it was NOT SOLID gold but silver with gold plating.IM SO DISAPPOINTED as the store manager and two other employees where the one who guided me and sold it to me.three persons made the mistake together??? how is that even possible???I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM THAT I ONLY COLLECT SOLID GOLD CHARMS.I will never shop at this store again as they clearly can not be trusted .. and most DEFIANTLY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING.. !!!SHAME ON YOU!

I went to the store with my younger sister to buy her a ring, i am a person of platinum, real diamonds and 24 gold karat gold. They have silver, anyways my sister liked a design they didnt have her size so the staff was searching the size for her and suddenly some girl shouted do they know the price of the ring, dont waste your time with them I mean seriously your silver is expensive for me. Come on we wash our feet with the gold.

I went there with my mother Monday night 12/03/2018. Alexis was very unprofessional and rude to my mother. She seem very bothered because we needed help looking for a bracelet and we just want it to be explain to us. She said it was better to get someone that spoke Spanish because she felt like its better when i clearly speak both languages and I am able to translate to my mother like I always do. She talked back to me and her facial expression was unbelievable rude. This is consider racism and discrimination . I want to thank Geneva for helping us and taking the time to apologize on behalf of the store this is truly disappointing.

This store is very busy but the staff is friendly if a bit pushy. But thats expected from sales staff. My boyfriend purchased a charm for our anniversary and I was not expecting that. It was his idea to go look inside when I preferred to stay outside. Glad I listened!

Worst customer service. I was waiting at counter approached by a sales person with clipboard told me there was a line took my name the couple that came in behind me she knew took care of them. I was taken care of and told to wait in another line to pay but the sales girl who knew that couple when they were done they didnt have to wait right to the register. Good experience will never shop there again.

Pandora Newport has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. Who ever is running this place CLEARLY has no idea on what they are doing. The store is beautiful but the atmosphere is anything but. The manager is very annoying and rude and she always interups the sale but asking the same questions the were already asked by the associate or buy talking about things that have nothing to do with pandora. Leaving this place was a relief and I hope that I never have to bring my business here again...... The pandora in short hills mall and in Hudson mall within dimond hut is small much better.
