This place is a rip off the lamb chops overpriced and nothing but fat and no customer service skills. Ask a question they dont take the time to try to speak English. Dont expect people to know Spanish and you in a area most African American and they very rude and if people stop going there its will be closed we need to realize if you cant treat customers right show we can go elsewhere!!!!!! The price increased due to fooddstamps and some people dont get stamps... Its sad how they need your money but dont show respect...

Liked going there up until I ordered a pack of Newport 100... I payed with a $20 and when I got home, I realized they gave me $8 in change, they charged me $12 for it... they charge $10... tried to call but no answer...

Great folks behind the counter. They have round rolls, long rolls at 3/$1. Large paper towels are$.99/roll. Their DELI is always fresh as it always keeps moving. You can dance to the music they play.

Great place to shop when you just dont have the time or energy to deal with the hassle of going to the Supermarket. Most items you find in a supermarket you can find here. And customer service is good. Prices are often better on some items you will find in a supermarket. Two thumbs up from me. 👍👍

Secret Meat Market in the Back. Fresh cuts meats that will destroy walmarts prices.. Turkey Bacon on the slab . halal wings . Turkey wings. And all the red meats... During covid this place stayed packed with food

This store is very well organized. Get great customer service and I can buy some products for really cheap prices. Everything is great and I am always back to this store.

I shop there for my meats. I once was a JC resident and has since moved out of town. I still travel during my food shopping days with my family to purchase meat plans. The meat is always fresh. I love oxtails and they have a 5lb bag for an unbeatable price and they are always cut perfectly about 1&1/2 inch. They have halal wings but they are always sold out which shows how popular they are. I even like their fresh cut beef bacon. The only thing that I can say that kept me from giving them 5 stars is that the butchers move at their own pace when filling your order and most times they are pretty busy.

Very kind, helpful staff. I shop here every weekend to catch their sales. Regular priced items are about a dollar or 2 more than Shop Rite, but its a local mom and pop shop that sells everything from insence, cold cuts, meat, fruit, ice cream, tobacco products, ATM and lotto! I never see this place dirty. I highly recommend. Fire department right next door

I went in there for cheese and after touching raw meat not even deli meat the deli man on shift @1pm took some wipes and wiped his gloves...n here I thought nyc was dirty

They are rude and the chicken has alot of feathers and its not halal meat. I dont like the way the men in there treat the women, they argue with them over clean meat they want to buy. I had to tell one guy dont disrespect the women that give you business, bad enough they dont greet customers nor speak english. Just because meat city closed, the prices increase and they think theres no other place to go. The people in this community already talking about going elsewhere just because of nasty attitudes . Greet Customers, Watch your hands, Learn English fix the weight machine,. Theres other places we can go!!!

They over charge, if you are a family on snap the will whip you clean of your stamps. Uptight, wont let the ppl in the local community to go for 1 cent when their prices is so high.. I would just get meat from there n nothing else If i dont have. Its sad i have to go to Pioneer and not to my local super market. They just want to pay they bills they dont care what they give us, brought milk, milk was sour. My baby formulas was old im in August 18 the milk was Oct 2017. N the men are flirtatious and rude

Has a lot of stuff to offer and is well run for a mini-market. The prices are higher due to its convience. Overall my mini-market of choice due to its variety and convience.
