Great service!!! Highly recommend it, they were so understanding and helpful with me, getting my truck lights and hitch working . The gentlemen were respectful and kind ! They made sure that everyone had a safe and healthy environment during these COVID days! If your in the Johnstown area head to them for any moving or storage questions or needs!

I will only ever go to this u-haul business to get any u-haul product. This place & its workers are top notch, kind, & helpful people. Very nice experience with workers & the van I rented. The van was spotless & drove well (not junk that is sketchy). Overall, the business, workers, & equipment were impressive. There is so much that is offered inside the store too (packing).

I highly recommend U-Haul Moving and storage. Its a great place to store your stuff. They have climate controlled storage. Your able to store your belongings in the building which happens to be very convenient. You are also able to buy boxes, Tie downs ratchet straps, locks and a whole bunch of other stuff. The staff is also pleasant and very helpfull

The best service. I rented a large truck that was to large and the team was able to help us quickly switch to a smaller truck.

I used their services all the time and they are great to work with. I had hitches installed at the shop and rented countless times U haul trucks. The employees and manager that work there have always treated me well and I will continue to rent from them again and again and again. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I have rented from this location several times. They always seem busy, and service has always called for a wait time, BUT they seem nice ...and they are have been accommodating so far.In the past we have rented vans from them, but we have a SUV that can pull trailers, so we rent those now. They always hook it up for us and check it out before we pull off. (The taillight plug converter and trailer ball we have are U-Haul, and have worked well for years, too.) When we return, they detach the trailers, so no complaints there either. We have purchased a dolly here (couldnt find a cheaper one, even on the internet) and get boxes from them too.We do recommend.

Joe is the best reason to choose a U-haul here on Broad Street in Johnstown. PA!! Ive done many rentals here. The staff is helpful and if you need anything from a car dolly to a large U-haul truck or both, the associates here help you get exactly what you need!!

Great business, great service, excellent people. I have rented U-Hauls all over the country, as I am a military service member, and this is by far one of the nicest facilities I have ever been to.

They are not forth coming of all cost. We rented a box van with a quote of 29.95 for 24 hours. He swiped my card and it came out to 99.15 and when questioned he said it is an estimated amount and I would get that back when vehicle is returned. Another added cost was we had to put 30.00 of gas in even before started our task. So when we got back we were charged .59 a mile bringing the bill to 89.00 with a 8.00 refund included for overage of the gas amout. When questioned about the mileage charge he said oh didn’t they explain that to you and when we said no he didn’t if he had we would have made other arrangements for a 3 hour task. So with that said make sure you get all the details before they swipe your card.

The absolute worst. Dont waste your time making a reservation here. No sign of any management and nobody ever answers their phones. They had me waiting 3 weeks for a hitch to come in and when i called customer service (because they wouldnt answer their phone), they told me they didnt even order it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Clean, well maintaimed, and well stocked. In 45 years of traveling and using Uhaul services this is the best one I have been associated with.
