If I hadn’t returned for a second look, my review would be negative. On my first visit i came alone. The salesperson called me “Hey lady” instead of my name and said to come back after I had permission to purchase. I told her needed to check with my husband. My husband has mobility issues and I wanted to bring him in to check out his comfort and ease of use.On my second visit, mike met us and completely listened to my husbands and my needs.He took the time to fit what we wanted to what would work for us.Completely changing my opinion of Turk.

I had a wonerful experience shopping at Turks. The sales and office staff was courtesy and polite. My salesperson Connie was patient and very helpful. This is the only furniture store that has furniture available for delivery. I was pleased and very satisfied with Turks. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went to Turks to look for a new recliner. Was met by Connie. She was very helpful answering questions but also leaving me to wander and look. In the end I found what I was looking for. I totally recommend Turks for your furniture needs especially if looking for quality merchandise.

I have difficulty making decisions especially when spending money. Melita was key in guiding me to choose a sofa to fit my traditional decor. I had numerous questions and she answered all so competently during my many store visits. She is patient & knowledgeable with great color advice. She is never pushy. This is quality furniture. Beautiful and long lasting. After much comparison shopping I also found the prices reasonable. There is less expensive out there but not for lifetime pieces.

Went there to purchase a couch we earlier checked out, price changed a bit but the sales representative Dakota helped us out and matched a price to one I found nearby! Which was great. Wait time is a bit long for certain items but its like that everywhere due to covid.

The selection was great for what I was wanting compared to other local furniture stores. With the delay covid has created estimated delivery is 22-26 weeks. Its only been 2 weeks since we ordered. Fantastic team at Turk. Spent the time patiently helping me choose fabric for my sofa. Connie is the best. She went above and beyond to assist me in my purchases. I just bought a new home and I really want to be intentional on the pieces I choose to outfit my home with. She was very helpful and gave fantastic recommendations that I acted on. My salesperson, Michael was very helpful. I ordered a sofa that wasnt on their display floor. He showed me others sofas of the same size and feel so I could get a good idea of what I ordered. The store in Joliet is very nice. It has a good selection of furniture and accessories to choose from. Their prices are reasonable. Will definitely buy move furniture there when needed.

Connie was super friendly. We decided on Turk for being family owned and their reviews.Prices were lower than competitors, and what we were looking at was American made. We have to wait a while to get the furniture, but were looking forward to getting it. We understand that due to covid, lots of things are backlogged.

Everyone there was quite helpful and pleasant, from my sales associate to the women behind the counter, even the young man who loaded my granny chair into the car. They were very efficient, polite and easy to converse with. The store has many quality pieces from several brands of furniture manufacturers so much to chose from. During this covid, the store is clean with several precautionary measures in place. This has become my go to store for furniture! The best aspect is, it is family owned not a big box multibillion dollar corporation that could give two hoots who you are. Feed the families!

Best customer service! I needed replacement legs for a piece of furniture. The store where I purchased the furniture had closed but Turk sold the same brand and they were more than happy to order the legs for me. Such a pleasure dealing with them.

Went in today and met with Dana and purchased a new set of furniture for our family room as well as a new kitchen set. We worked with Dana on some furniture that we purchased about 6 or 7 years ago. Horrible customer service. I went in black Friday at 11 am looking to buy a new dining room set. Even though they werent busy and sales people were standing around talking nobody would help me so I walked out. Too bad for them... I dont need financing and had cash in hand.

We had an issue with our mattress where the mattress was protruding at the side. Ron the manager came to the house and took pictures which he emailed to the company. We were able to get a new mattress and settled on a temperpedic. It is very comfortable. We are very pleased with not only the product but the Customer Service! When you come here plan on spending more money than you would going to value City or some lower-end store. Coming here you will pay a premium but you are paying for quality, furniture is made of real hard woods and made to last a lifetime. They have a good selection of things made right here in USA which is also a plus.

Came here to buy massage chair. Only had few choices. I guess massage chairs arent very popular these days. I went to all of the furniture stores around town and I had NO luck finding one.

Our experience with our sales person; Dana; was very good. She was most helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our furniture is still due to be delivered so that is the reason for four stars instead of five. The other ladies in the office were helpful, too!

Bought my zero gravity recliner at Turk and a few months later they had the matching sectional from Catnapper. Both wonderfully comfy and have stood the test of time. We constantly use the motorized recliner for over two years now and its still doing great. Also bought an electric fireplace from here after searching for months for one I had in mind. Cost a little more than others I had priced but its definitely true that you get what you pay for. Id rather spend a bit extra up front than have to replace everything in several years. All these pieces still look new.The sales staff was always great. The delivery was a few weeks on couch but thats because I custom designed the large L-shaped sectional down to a couch with a chase lounge.All in all, very pleased. I will continue to return to Turk for my furniture needs.

Great selection to furnish your home. Many fabrics and options to customize your piece. For my couch I added a power recliner. There is something to fit every budget. Sales representatives are all nice and polite. Excellent quality that will last for years.

I went into Turk, thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, it was an item that had to be ordered (I knew that going in), and I was having trouble finding a coordinating piece I liked. Laurie pulled out all the catalogs trying to make my initial choice work. Ultimately, she found a similar dining set in store, for a comparable price, but better quality. She was easy to work with, and I think my lets go for it attitude was refreshing for her too!

We visited Turk furniture to look at dressers and rocking chairs. Dan helped us and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and very friendly. We ended up purchasing a recliner/glider/swivel chair. We had a merchandise credit and had no problem using it on our purchase. We will definitely continue to shop at Turk Furniture.

ALot of information on furniture and knowledge but a little pricey

Rob was very helpful. I had called looking to see a sample of a couch material. He initially couldnt find it, but called an hour later with results! At the store he was very helpful with questions, not at all pushy. It was a very good experience overall! The office staff was also very nice and clear on paperwork.

Turk Furniture has the greatest selection of furniture. The quality of their furniture is second to none and the prices are great too. Upon arrival you are greeted by a salesperson, but they are not pesky. Our salesperson was Connie, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience at the store.

We purchased a leather living room set and our salesman was Dakota. He was the BEST SALESMAN AS WELL as a person. He is excellent at making us feel welcome, as well as at home. He helped us with all our questions every time we visited the store as well as suggested items that we could have such as t hr pick of fabric. He always greeted us and was very personable. We are not sure we would have pitched our set had it not been for his help all the way through selection and payments. We are extremely pleased.

We are very happy with Turk furniture . We had purchased a chair from another store that went out of business but was still under warranty. Turk contacted the manufacturer warranty people for us and got our chair fixed. After that we purchased a sofa and hassock from them and they were very helpful with that also.
