Stephanie was the nicest and knowledgeable sale person we have met. She does a fantastic job and even just making sure your comfortable and isn’t pushy and explains the product to the fullest. So patient and kind even to others while we were with her. I was in sales for years and it is super hard to sell me anything but she had me at hello! This is the prime example of excellent customer service

Store staff was attentive, helpful and very thorough. Husband and I were very satisfied with our experience. Ended up going with the i8 model. Yes these beds are a minor investment but the interest-free financing option makes them highly attainable. If youre thinking about trying them out, wait no longer.

Worst experience ever we bought the i10 had to wait a month to get it. Ok that wasnt the issue so we waited then Sleep Number calls taking about we have to wait an other whole month for delivery no thank you! Ended up returning the whole order if you dont have in stock the stuff that youre selling then why are you in business?
