There service is not fair. Rating given 5 also seems to be given by their own relatives or employees. The Company once received the money do not refund you at all, whether quality of product or size suits for you or otherwise. They just give you the Coupon of their Company, valid for one month and compel you to purchase from them only. This is the way their black mailing/cheating with customers. Such Company how can be given rating of 5, I dont understand. Deal carefully

Quality of blazer not upto the mark as per the price even the quality of button is worst. I requested for return and then they give me a coupon to use refund amount which can only be use in Wintage website....... Seriously Never Ever Buy From Wintage.

One phrase for them: Bang for the buck! Bought two suits for my Dad from Wintage and they fit him perfectly fine.The sizing is amazingly accurate, which is my biggest issue with other brands.Great value for money and a lot of styles to choose from. Definitely going to repeat orders in the future.
Very very poor customer service.. You just keep calling them for follow up and they do not bother to receive the call.Ordered a suit last month, everything was good expect the sleeve length is too long. Despite giving a suit for measurement this mistake was made. When I placed a complaint, they said that pls get it done from your local tailor as it is a small thing.Very dissatisfied with the service.

I live in Chennai and I had placed an order (Nov 22nd) for a blazer for a family event which turned out to be very tight for me (I received it on Nov 28th) . I reached out to the Wintage team (on Nov 29th) saying that I wanted to reorder but change the size and also I would require an express delivery since the event was just a few days away I couldnt wait for week for the new order to arrive. The team very promptly initiated a refund for my first order and they initiated express shipping the second order within a few hours.Sometimes we forget that shopping from the store directly has its perk and its better than using Mytra or Amazon in times of need.Thank you Wintage team.
