I typically love this place. The staff is so helpful and friendly, however, they do not adhere to any kind of safety in regards to Covid. I’ve been in multiple times throughout the pandemic and the employees have never worn a mask. I also witnessed three customers come in while I was there during my most recent visit, and none were wearing masks, nor asked to put one on. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe there. I wish they would follow guidelines to ensure customer safety, but unfortunately I will not continue to come here because of this.

Do not use this merchant. They do not adhere to Covid-19 safety measures and the staff does not wear masks while assisting. Additionally, I have witnessed them also not requiring customers to wear proper masks. The sign on their door requires for customers to utilize masks but this is not the case when you enter the establishment. Additionally, the services here are way over priced (I was charged $40 to ship two small boxes, light weight to IN and MD). Go to your local USPS where you will be safe and receive appropriate pricing for shipping.

I got there needing to ship 10-12 big packages. They made it quick and easy and got me back on the road in no time. Very quick and efficient, as well as kind and friendly. Will be doing my shipping through them from now on.

I recently sent 65 boxes overseas to the USS Ronald Reagan for Sailors that don’t get to come home for Christmas. My family and I packed these boxes and anticipated filling out 65 separate shipping labels and customs forms. However when I mentioned this fundraiser to Jami and Naomi they jumped on board offered their help. They allowed me to email all my addresses and they filled out my customs labels and helped me get a better shipping rate. I can say they made the process so much easier. They are truly angels. I always ship here, and will continue to do so!Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I encourage everyone to shop local and ship from here!!

I went there last week to do certify mail to IRS for my tax 5 days later got returned from usps, I bring it back to usps, they said wasn’t pay for it, on that day I was pay $11 and something, I call the store and the answer was : you bring to the post office I cannot do anything about it, I said I was pay for it already but I have to pay again. She still say I cannot do anythingVery disappointed I went there every month or sometime 2-3 times a month from now on I don’t think I am not going there no more very very disappointed what they do to the customer.

I’ve had several bad experiences with this place- delivery always takes much longer than they state when you drop off your package. It should not take over a week for a small package to be shipped from Joliet to St. Louis, especially if they charge $10 to ship it. Once, I had a business- related package delivered to the wrong location. I will no longer be using this place. You’re better off driving across town to USPS.

Great little shop that you can mail your stuff w/o waiting in line at the US Post Office for 30mins. Owned by a very nice guy - better than the disenchanted ones working slowly at the USPS. They sell lots of post materials (markers, boxes, tape) & will give you various options for mailing based on your needs. Always helpful. Also provides tax services. Support local businesses - they are important for our economy.

My girlfriend had an appointment today for employment fingerprinting at 9:30 AM. They were supposed to open at 9:00 AM, but didnt. We waited there until 10:15 AM for someone to arrive, but no employees showed up. 12 other people came by to do business there, including UPS, but never did they own up. Avoid using Mailboxes & Print Depot at all cost! Hopefully the next owner will be more punctual.

Why does it take 5 days for you to notify me that I have mail? Went to pick up mail today and was given 2 different MAILBOXES mail and not my own. Little missy working there has a bad attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Best place to go to mail anything.People that work there are amazing, super friendly and never seen a store so clean would recommend for you to see it yourself. You wont be disappointed. Just a great store!!!

I love this place! You pay a little bit more than at the post office, but their customer service here is absolutely excellent and Ive never had to wait in a long line.

Its 910, me and 2 other people​ are waiting for them to open. They apparently open at 830. I guess that never happens. So far they have waisted 40 mins of my already busy day. Next time Ill go out if my way to a different location

Dont ever believe the hours that are posted. Ive been waiting an hour, only to be staring at a note on the door stating Ill be back.At least 15 different people have come and gone... So much wasted earnings for the store. This isnt the first time either. I wont bother coming back.

Im seeing reviews about this place not being open when they say they will be - and the response about employee issues and how that now its resolved. Um, its not. Waited for about 15 minutes this morning for them to open and had to leave as I was already late for work!

I dont understand why is taking so long its been over a month and the package had not yet been deliver.I been trying to call the mailboxes number they dont answer.I need to know whats going on DHL TOLD ME there has not been a requests for the package to be sent back. But you guys asure me there is.So who is lying .

Apparently hours of operation are just an approximation. 3rd time I have shown up to the doors being locked with an employee inside just shrugging.

Every time I go here during their operating hours they are CLOSED. Was here at 3pm on 7/15 ( they close at 4) and the door is locked and lights are off. There were 4 other people here at the same time outside banging on the door also.

They claim their open but than you go up there at 11 and the doors locked. Whats Friday hours again?
