Good old fashioned neighborhood grocery store. Prices for the fresh goods are decent, canned and frozen not so cheap, pretty standard. Service is friendly, nice helpful people

Good for a quick stop for groceries. As a convenience store rather than a market. It is small and prices are higher than a fresh produce market. But convenient for its location. They need to restock on michelada flavors pretty please.

This store is well stocked and clean. Employees nice and helpful. Nice selection of fruits & vegetables.

Ive been here many times and I absolutely love everything there. They always have chips they have every type of soda and there is a lot of nice people if i would have to eat here for the rest of my life i would no questions asked.

I had a taste for tacos and someone referred this place and I dont know why I mean after looking at the potatoes on the beef I was a bit thrown off the meat wasnt seasoned it was a basic taco nothing that will make me want to try them again unless all the taco spots are closed. Good but not great!

Great food at low low prices. They are currently in the process of remodeling all stores, and I personally like the old set up better. Remember to bring your own bags and a quarter for the grocery cart

This place is decent for quick grocery shopping.I figured I tried the restaurant they have inside the store and honestly its alright. I wouldnt go there to eat often though.The corn is canned corn, the asada burritos meat had a lot of the fatty hard rubbery part of the meat that nobody likes to eat. The burrito was missing more ingredients. It had more lettuce than meat. The pastor taco was ok. Also, itd be nice if they could be a bit more hygienic when handling the food. Nobody wore gloves! I brought the stuff home to eat, hopefully my stomach doesnt get sick!Besides the food, most staff are kind and friendly.Ill continue shopping here ONLY. I am not sure about eating food from here again though.This is just my opinion and what I saw.Thanks.

I love this place for its TACOS!!! It has a small walk up counter on the inside that makes anything you can think of! The food is delicious and well priced.. they also have smoked catfish that is DELICIOUS!!!

The lady at the counter was sour & they have a $5 limit on card purchases instead of a fee for using a card for under $5. People dont carry cash as much as they used to & this is terribly inconvenient for a small convenient market.

Very bad experience I had. Rude customer service at cashier. Checking your receipt is very necessary at this store.Charged me wrong for more than half of the products I bought.

Supermercado La Loma is a small little gem hidden on top of the Hill of the Far East Side of Joliet, so if you are from New Lennox looking for Mexican items or meats this is the place to go, I didnt gave it a 5 star due to the fact that you dont always find everything you are looking for!!!

Delicious food and very good service from everything to everything

Some days the carnitas are good and others are not. The first time we bought they were rich and golden, today they almost seemed overheated. They didnt taste of anything. Today between and none of the employees had masks. Gross. 🤢
