Everett Holmes, who is located on Essington Rd. in Joliet, is always helpful in solving hearing aid customers problems. I lost a left ear hearing aid which was purchased new about a month ago, which no one wants to happen, of course. He called back about a week after that happened with a new pair that had been refurbished for me, thankfully.
