If I could give zero stars I would! This place has rotten service and literally cannot fix anything. Not returning calls, not having a delivery trailer in most cases, long delays- that is just the beginning. I made the near fatal mistake of buying a $6,000 Time Cutter zero turn from them, for residential work. The steering and control mechanism wasnt performing at 10 hours of service. We took it in and the guy that runs the place tried turning a wrench on it quickly, then decided to use brute force and start bending it, (for real). We took it home and the first time my son went to use it, the control arm broke loose and he had no control- the mower was doing complete circles and heading for a tree, (again, for real). We called Toro Corporate and they began investigating and covered all expenses, pick up and drop off, etc., and sent us to a dealer in Frankfort, Il on route 45. BEWARE- it is one thing to have just bad service, it is another to pretend your a mechanic and put people in dangers way, we were fortunate. This is a zero star outfit!
