Amazing place. Drove an hour in a half to go see the Silva and Holyfield fight and I got to say. The employee were welcoming and super nice. The environment was awesome and most of all didnt have to wear a freaking mask. That was the cherry on top!!! Definitely will visit again. No doubt!!!
Its kind of like visiting a dinosaur. The days of the mall are coming to an end. You can tell this place is still limping by...... On crutches. Prices are high due to still having to pay mall rent. Anything that you could get here you can get online for a lot cheaper and a lot easier. Sorry to say it, as I come from a generation that loved to go to the mall. However, in walking through this mausoleum of what it used to be, its obvious that its days are numbered. No need to get out the paddles, just let her die peacefully.
Love going to the mall. U can go have lunch, catch a movie, and then some dessert, all in the same place.
This Place Is Awesome! Its Sad That You Have To Search Specific What You Looking For In Joliet! I Put A Search In For Five Guys Burger.Tue Closes One Was 200 Miles Away! Mind You Five Guys Was Directly In Front Of Us! Please Dont Get It Twisted! Joliet Is A Very Very Very Wonderful City In Illinois! Probably The Best!!!!! THANX Again Joliet!!!!!!!
At Joliet Mall today and there were way too many people not wearing a mask, in my opinion. So, I went to security and inquired about the mall‘s policy. Are you providing masks? How are you monitoring? I was told that they are out of masks and unable to enforce the mask requirements. Wow! While wearing a mask may seem like an inconvenience, it can provide protection for everyone. Let‘s try better. I likely won’t be visiting here for awhile. They are way to passive about COVID for me. Be safe!
I love going to the mall; I took my granddaughter and grandson there for late lunch and to window shop. Lunch was about $22. It was great exercise, it was clean. The Mall wasnt crowded. We had a good time. You have to have something to do after a pandemic. Will do it again.
Decent mall. Has most stores. Dont have to go to another city for hard to find items often. Food court has skylights, natural light.🌞
Love the animal rides, but they dont open until noon. Zumiez is great, the guy in there helped me, went above and beyond to show me what kind of shoe I might need for skateboarding.
Love it was there to the new Halloween movie it was fun clean customer service people was nice helpful and good with assisting
Bed bath and beyond, always very helpful in assisting when you need help. Great place
Its okay - looks at some places a bit old - but good stores in it.
2 of the anchor stores are currently empty. Most of the smaller spaces are rented out and open, with a mix of chains and independent stores. A good variety of of types of shops and food court too. Restrooms are usually pretty clean.
Other than the moviesits completely ran by indian people who pitch you a high price then follow you for 10 minutes out the store to pitch you 25- 50% off....heck theyll say..:ok ok. how much you wanna give me for it.?hahahaeverybodyhusssleinn
It has tons of different places to visit, meaning it welcomes every type of person even if you dont like hot topic or game stop, but there are better malls to explore
The mall is small but you can find most of the big stores. A lot of my favorite little stores have closed though due to covid. Its still a nice place to visit if you want to shop all at once.
Great Mall good prices better go while you can because malls are an endangered species
Great place except for GNC. Big, bodybuilder guy is rude and unprofessional. He carries a bad attitude aswell.
I only attend the movies it was so good.
Very great day. Visited a store I had never been. And had very good buys.Versona
Such a great mall. Not to big and not too small. Great food court. Need me some Sbarros.
Place probably wont last much longer, malls seem to be obsolete. Only reason for going is the movie theater
Rr u to jb nn r vn
Its the mall what do you expect. They had what I wanted and I didnt have any problems...Ill go back
The mall was pleasant and clean. Some stores were practicing safe and social distancing that we went into.Pandora only allowed a certain number in their store at a time.Pananera was also on point with their social distancing measures. I had the margarita pizza and it was amazing.Bath and Body had a sale going on and their store was packed. NO SOCIAL DISTANCINGWas enforced.
On foe nem grave shawty this mall weak jo... on foe nem...
I experienced predatory behavior at this mall and I no longer feel safe shopping here and I think everyone, especially woman need to be aware of the situation. I was in a fitting room trying on a dress at Express when I suddenly notice a man squatting down looking at me underneath the fitting room door. Apparently this man followed me into the store and I didn’t notice, the employee actually thought he was with me…The manager at Express didn’t even come talk to me and expressed little to no concern.I also told mall security and they also just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. The fact that this experience wasn’t taken very seriously is disappointing and posing a greater threat to the community. This kind of behavior should not go unnoticed or else these predators will think they can get away with this. Nonetheless I will not be shopping here any longer or at the store Express.
Alright mall for quick stop. But its no Roosevelt Field Mall,Garden City NY!
Im quite impressed. This mall is still full of stores and doing well.
This place has literally nothing inside its fun to walk around and go to big name stores but every other store front is closed down. lots of empty stores
Regional area mall truly fighting to keep the customers coming, 2 major tenants gone (Sears and Carsons within a month apart in 2020) however with a little bit of hope here more stores can start comingback.
Very friendly workers and easy to find your way around the stores.
Great steak was pretty good. Cinnabon fire!!!! Lids needs to step it up on the stock
It was definitely a fun experience and I would definitely go back to this mall.
We were there looking for a dress for my daughter for my Godsons wedding, found one at J C Penney. The cashier was nice and polite.
Love this place although sad to see so many anchor stores going down
The Mall provides wild space for people selecting with comfortable. there are many kinds of different kinds shop for your shopping.
This is a very nice Mall. It has a lot of different varieties of stores a lot of places to eat coffee shops etc. There were also signs indicating new stores were moving in.
Theres a lot of dying malls around, but this one seems pretty good, with lots of open stores and a good food court.
Loved it we bought a lot of things there
Fun place got everything you can shop for
Are there any stores remaining? I went To Anthonys to watch the PPV Fight. Great burger
Extremely impulsive mall first I was basically chocked out with the security guards basically telling me to leave while I was in a store shopping with my boyfriend extremely rude, second time I come here in trying to enjoy my meal with my boyfriend again to only be kicked out for being too loud um excuse me? The hell we where just eating and laughing together there was a whole table of teens causing horrendous noise and having a food war and we get kicked out WHAT?
Awesome...so much to do and many places to go and shop. Feels safe here and clean. When other malls are dying, this keeps going. An awesome alternative to Orland Mall.
Nice mall, pretty big with a nice variety
Cool place to shop on hot summer day.
Good place to see movies and shop!!Dont forget the to eat some food while your here!!!
Ive spent the better part of the last 30 years going here and when I say its a ghost town now, Im really hoping thats only because of the pandemic... time will tell.
Pretty good place for clothes and entertainment
Nice layout. Stores I visited were well stocked. Ample parking lot was near capacity!!
Unfortynately like most malls it is dying a slow death 2 huge anchors have closed and never been able to replace. I am not a big fan of the online shopping wish they would find a way to reinvent themselves so it doesnt eventually close
The mall has been losing major retailers - and customers - for quite awhile, well before COVID-19. But since the pandemic began the mall is eerily empty. I dont know if its better days are long gone.
Not too crowded mall, but lots of stores are still close.
Kinda wierd the signs say you gotta have a parent with you if you are 17 or under.... If I was 16 with a drivers license and wanted to buy shoes at the mall, I guess Im not allowed without my mommy or daddy? Pretty lame LJM.
I went to Macys to pick out an outfit for a concert.
Very friendly waitress & excellent food
Louis Joliet Mall is a great place to shop there are many different stores to shop in and restaurants to eat at you could spend many hours there and get a lot of exercise and it wheel chair accessible or just go in get what you need and have lunch or dinner while you are there.
It is very beautiful place to visit
Wow, so many empty stores. Remember going there as a teen to kill some time wander around all the stores and shop. Fast forward 30 some years and its like a ghost town compared to its heyday.
Saw Black Widow in the dbox seatsNo complaints
Save your time and drive over to a different mall. Very few good stores.
Walked into the employees only room and saw 6 men in black suits pointing their magnum pistols at me, got chased out of the mall was an interesting experience 8/10
The food court is clean and has a lot of great choices.
I’m so sad that some of my favorite stores are now gone 😢 but overall I really like this mall. My favorite time to go is Christmas time because I love the lights and the huge tree 🌲.
Not a lot of stores. Kind of a shadow of what it once was.
Not a lot of stores here, I recommend going elsewhere
Ate at Texas Roadhouse. Good food and good service.
Many different stores and booths.
Clean and safe no complaints
Even though Covid has made the experience different, you can do a lot there, and still have fun.
Was amazing had me on the edge of my seat when watching the movie honestly 5 star
This mall has changed so drastically due to covid-19 .There are barely any stores left open . I hope this mall does not close down lets be honest here no one feels like driving in the cold sown to other malls like Orland Park or Fox Valley. Barely any stores left. I like it when this mall had Sears, Carsons Victoria secret New York and Company .
Awesome place specially food cord.
I work here and work makes me sad
Dying mall. Will suprise me if it stays open.
M.Y. did a great job, I love my nails.
A lot better since they stopped letting mobs of kids just hang out all over the place.
It was quiet... walking at our own pace..Me and My Mom and Aunt..Something is missing in the MALL...
This was my OG mall when I was a youngin.
Like going there day out with the girls cuz we dont have that very many malls where Im at
Gone down since it’s heyday in mid-2010 but still nice
Great mall. Lots of stores!
Its seen better days
I usually come for the food court and then stick around with my boost bag
The mall is gone but theres a theater.
Have fun walking around.looking at the stores
Seems like a lot of places inside are closing down.
Many vacant stores here but if you know what you want and that store is there you can be in and out quick. Plenty of parking.
Great stores, not much difference in this mall, verses others.
It was really hopping on a Friday night. Best gasoline prices around.
Great selection of stores
Value City furniture, good service and good quality for your money.
Great place to visit
So barren. Sad they are closing.
Sbarro pizza open with good selection
Empty mall just great to waste your time looking for shoes since 80 % of the stores have shoes. Hope next incoming stores are not shoes stores. 🤣😂
I like this Mall, i love the JC Penny Store there. I like all the other stores as well. Great food court in this mall lots of stores.
Amazing place just needs new store
No longer self this mall after the problems that went on
