Extremely slow service and uninformed employees are the flavor of the day for this ups branch if there’s more than 1 customer in the building even with 2 workers the process is extremely difficult and tedious. The employees will begin a job for a customer before informing the customer of the costs (saw this occur on 2 occasions and finally to me). After all these complications it’s worth the drive any day to the Plainfield location much better service.

It was busy when I got there, lounge out the door, but I had 2 Christmas packages and a return from Amazon so I was determined to wait it out. They were efficient! Probably only took my 15, max 20 minutes. Associates were super friendly and upbeat despite being so busy. Cant tell you how much I appreciate that because I was feeling a little stressed about getting my stuff in the mail.

I had a lot to do that day between printing faxing mailing and copying; was taking care of by extremely helpful and nice woman you got me out of there a lot quicker than I thought and for a lot less than I thought I was doing to me

Maddy and Anthony are always there to help me, they have gone above and beyond in a way Ive only seen a handful of times in my life. Truly grateful to have such an amazing, hard working, UPS Store. Thats willing to go above and beyond and encourage its employees.

I am truly amazed. Becca and her team are just wonderful. Becca you are a delight to work with I cant believe the amount of care and respect that you took for my things and my dads things Im just blown away. We just cant believe my dad and I how much time and care and respect that you put into our things and we appreciate you for that . You have set the bar very high. You also stayed in contact with me and or available for me when you were there and I really appreciate you for that Becca thank you so much . My dad and I chuckled when we saw the border that you put around the items inside the box to act as like a shock resistor.

I do a lot of selling through the internet so Im constantly dropping things off here. Service is always pretty quick and the employees are very plesant. I had a larger order of car parts that needed to be shipped out and Andrew really helped me out in choosing the right boxes sizes and deciding on what would be the best route to take to reduce the cost of shipping. I felt bad because it was right before closing time but they still gave A1 service.

CAUTION: Be knowledgeable of UPS rates before using this location!!!! They took advantage of my elderly father. He was shipping a 9lb package to my brother in Seattle. My dad asked for pricing and said there was no hurry on getting it there. He was given 3 rates to choose from: $100, $80 or $65. My dad chose the cheapest price he was given....$65!!!!He called me and asked why it cost so much. I looked up the rates online last night and told him it was less than $25!!!I immediately called this UPS location as I live over 60 miles away. The man who answered, who did not state his name, back peddling said if my dad returned hed give a refund. He knew he was wrong but thought he could get away with it.My dad was refunded and charged the appropriate rate. $26. Big differenceHad I not called, they would have gotten away with gouging a senior. Unethical business practice. Theres another UPS store on Caton & 59. Try that one instead.

The guy at this location was very rude. i had an amazon return and he decided not to take it. Every UPS I go to they are able to print labels and this guy said he will not do it and charge extra. Not sure why they had different policies than other stores.

Great Service and thank you to Andrew & Kyle for helping me with over 200 lbs of paper for shredding. You guys are awesome! Definitely recommend this Joliet location.

Very convient if you dont want to pay for them to come pick your package up. I order from Amazon a lot and sometimes I have to make returns. This place to convient close to my home and the staff is very friendly.
