Contacted them Thursday night about an ad they had posted on marketplace. I was told it was posted on behalf of Jonesboro tractor and they would contact me with more info the next morning. I was up and had my phone on me by 5:00am because I’m a good man and I try to be awake and making money early. They finally contacted me around 9:30am but it was to tell me they had taken a deposit to hold it for someone that had called this morning. When I expressed that I wasn’t pleased with that treatment and the fact that I had made contact before the other person but wasn’t provided information and wasn’t told that I needed to place a deposit to hold it, I was told that Jonesboro tractor is a dealership and they won’t hold without a deposit. Why they think I hadn’t figured it out by this point I cannot fathom. I didn’t want to be stated the obvious, good business would have been to give me the opportunity to match the deposit and return theirs and explain that I had contacted last night and was waiting for them to call me back this morning. I do not ever plan on doing business with someone with no ethics. I recommend shopping around and checking reviews before making your purchase. A lot of dealerships offer delivery nowadays so don’t be scared to branch out as far as Cabot. There is a dealer there that claims to beat any price in the USA.

Seems like a company which had potential. Recent changes have left a few people with a bitter taste. Id be super careful when dealing with them - just make sure to do full due diligence to ensure you’re being dealt with in good faith

I needed a tractor that could haul an animal and be able to attach other equipment to use around the farm. I found exactly what I needed at Jonesboro Tractor Supply. The staff helped me find the exact model that would suit all of my needs.

Ima give it 5 stars because the guy was quick and sweet with my daughter worked with us on prices it was a ridiculous pricing but that isnt the store thats the company buy it self but 99% chance we will be owning a l2501

Took mower there this past week, when I picked it up everything looked fine, got back started mowing and there is about 1+ difference on right side. It wasnt in best condition, but with everything they replaced should of cut like new, but not the best service in terms of quality, but turn around was great, only keep for 3 days, and to be fair, it did hit a 2 receiver hitch and it broke right spindle, but you would think after replacing that spindle and new blades, oil change, ect. that it would mow without the yard looking all uneven. The service itself was great, just work was sub-par this time.

I hate this company. No after sales support.
All I wanted was help getting a belt that would fit my tractor. It is 45 minutes to get there from my house. Went and got the belt it didn’t fit. (1.5) hours of driving) Had to go back up there to try and get a lil bit bigger belt. They tell me the one I have fits when I know it doesn’t, I tried many times.(another 1.5 hours of driving) So I go back and make sure it doesn’t fit which I know it won’t and doesn’t.(another 1.5 hours of driving) So 3rd trip up there and the guy at counter seems mad to see me. Takes my belt gets my refund and I’m standing there like can u help me get the right belt. He very aggressively tells me no. I ask can u look a belt up buy size or maybe go look through the thousands of belts back behind him. Another aggressive NO. I then ask is there somewhere u could suggest to help me get the right belt, he even more aggressively says no. So I take my old belt and walk out, as I hit the door he says maybe oreillys, but probably not. For anyone wondering, I went to farm service in Hoxie and they where more then helpful in getting me a belt to fit. For a kubota tractor place u would think they could help better and a lot less rude then they did. I probably won’t be goin back there for any parts after the aggressive attitude the guy working the counter gave me. U would think someone that deals with customers would be a lil nicer, but I guess me wastIng 4.5 hours driving back and forth 3 times was tougher on him then me.
Every time I come in JTS Im greeted by multiple people. This store has a very positive atmosphere and all the employees are very helpful.
Was really disappointed I called and ask the day before about a certain mower he said its in stock called again that day yep got it drove 1:15 min showed up and it shows we have it in stock but its not there ended up going to coxs implement and bought a new mower

I ended up purchasing both a Stihl string trimmer and a blower. Current promotion was to purchase a 6-pack of Stihl synthetic oil for your premix and Stihl will double your 2-year warranty to 4 years!
Bought a tractor combo new back in 2012. Immediately had problems with the tractor. it didnt want to run. JTS is about 5 hours from my house, so luckily my local Kubota dealer worked with me to fix the problem, but JTS was not any help at all. Also, I am just now writing this review because I just found out there is no AirLock leak sealer in my tires like I ordered and PAID for. I paid for the AirLock sealer to be put in my tires, I always thought the tractor was kinda light on the ground, well I had a valve stem get knocked off the tire and nothing came out. There was no sealer in any tires. I now have water in them, but I paid for the sealer to be installed and it wasnt. I will never go back to this store to buy anything.
