They are consistently out of stock in Arctic Fox, however when you call to ask about a certain color theyll tell you they have it in stock even though its not.

Whoever worked today 2/20 morning shift, She deserves recognition! She helped me pick out products in my price range I wanted and SAVED my hair ! We were afraid the blue green wouldnt come out of my hair and she recommended the most PERFECT solution to help. She was super sweet and helpful. Made my day !

If I could give a review lower than I star I would. First of all, I worked at the Searcy store. I was an assistant manager and then I came back to help out as a temp because one of their girls was on maternity leave. I went into THIS store in Jonesboro to get some products to do my family’s hair. They CHECKED to make sure I was still an employee when I left with my store and whoever they talked to said I had already worked my last day. However I was considered a temp until the 5th (went in on the 4th). Went back in on the 5th to get product and the cashier was exceedingly rude, to all the customers in the store not just me. Unwilling to provide apt customer service. Then was very snotty about putting my customer code in, when I had checked with my manager to validate I could still legally use the code. I would not recommend this Sally’s to anyone, If anything take the extra drive time to parigould, they are angels

DO NOT ever exchange from this store! I bought a hair dye product from here and I wanted to exhange it for another. They gave me the hardest time exchanging it and kept telling me lies that I can exchange it for any item I wanted and was trying to make me pay, again. They also said I did not have enough product left of hair dye which was a lie because I showed the lady the dye was coming out of the tube still. Just dont exchange products here!! Horrible Customer Service I will never again shop here.

Just left from there. Got the right product, but wrong color. Tried to exchange and no one knew what they were doing. Had to leave with the wrong color. Why??

Sallys Is super awesome and the staff are just lovely. I thoroughly reccomend getting a beauty club card. Its definitely worth the $5 fee, and you save so much with it. Sallys prices and deals are usually cheaper than walmarts. Definitely a hair girls utopia.
