Outstanding experience. Sammy was above and beyond helpful and kind. She went out of her way and gave up her personal time to accommodate for us. She made the experience truly wonderful. She was suggestive but not pushy, gave honest opinions, and was present but not over bearing. I would recommend this establishment and her services a hundred times over.

I found my perfect dress here. The manager gave me her cell phone number so that we could discuss different those of dresses before my bridal appointment.

I was so surprised by the selection and prices. I went in looking for a formal for an event and found one within about 20 minutes. The manager, Sammi was so helpful and kind. She listened to what I needed, pulled a couple of dresses and I walked out with the perfect dress! I highly recommend The One.

I think this is the best Briadal Store in Jonesboro, Ark. The owner is so sweet and has the best personality. She is very helpful on assisting to find the perfect dress. The dresses are beautiful. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

My family and I had an appointment to look for my wedding dress. I was the first appointment of the day and the girl was there alone (her coworker was sick). She did not help us AT ALL. She did not tell us where what sizes were or anything. We looked through the dresses & picked multiple. When in my dressing room I could hear her talking to my family about a guy from our home town calling her the night before for a booty call. I expected more class and maturity when looking for my wedding dress. I also didnt understand the appointment requirement if they do not help. Beautiful dresses but service drove us away
