Im really happy I chose Laws. I love my new carpet - but most importantly (for me, at least) they were super easy to work with. Very communicative. Customer service is huge for me, and that was definitely one of their strong suits! But I also do really love the product itself (its a beautiful carpet), and it was reasonably priced. Pretty great overall!

I worked with Matt at Laws and was so pleased with my service. I, of course needed some special help with finding the perfect brick porcelain tile with just the right colors for our home that would be perfect with our black walnut flooring. He worked with me and gave me great advice. Gave us a great deal. Also, gave me knowledge of a better product to cover the edges of the tile in our walk-in shower. I had brought in an unfinished rug Monday, needed it cut down to size and surged and wanted it done by Friday. We were having a heavy sleeper sofa come in Friday night and wanted the rug down before the sofa was delivered. Stephen showed me he had a lot of rugs ahead of me and said that it would be done the following Tuesday. I thought oh well, Ill just bring a couple of guys to move the couch to lay the rug, so no big deal. This man! He called Wednesday afternoon telling me the rug was DONE! He busted his rear to get the rug done for me so we didnt have to move the sleeper sofa around to lay the rug. Stephen is Awesome! He cut the rug to size (9×15) and surged it in less then a week and it looks great! Great customer service, thank you!!
