Normally every Game Xchange i go to i have a positive experience however, this time i tried to ask the cashier to look up any in store credit i might have and he repeatedly said, this isnt gamestop. I know what store I am in. I also know that I have traded in games before at Game Xchange and had them put it on credit. I gave up on him looking for me and I still checked out my item and told him thank you and to have a nice day which recieved no response. Needless to say if im in Jonesboro Ill be using the gamestop on Highland.
