The embroidery was horrible. There were rips in the seems and the pullover looked like it was damaged through the embroidery process. I also attached a file of the logo I expected to be on the pullover and the item came to me with someone elses logo. Not asking for a refund but a simple exchange for a new pullover with the correct logo, I was denied. Our company was looking to do business and purchase more gear but I can say with certainty it will not be from this company. Coming from a sales background myself, I can say Im very disappointed with the way this was handled.

I would give a zero if I could. My fiancé ordered a jacket and had emailed instructions of what he wanted, and got a response confirming what his order would be. Yet when he went to pick up the jacket, they gave him the wrong order. The owner was outright rude and refused to give him his money back or redo the order. She said he ordered the wrong thing even after he showed her the email clearly stating what he asked for. So if you’re in the mood for poor customer service and getting the wrong order, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst screen print shop in the nea area! Terrible service. The owner is as rude as can be. I waited 3 months on an order of 5 t-shirts. A complete waste of time. I highly recommend going anywhere besides here! Unless you want to be over priced for cheap items.
