Bed, Bath & Beyond is one of my favorite stores in Jonesboro . I brought my first pots and pans set 2 years ago. It still last till this day. I brought organization items to keep my place organized and contained.In addition, I purchased high quality towels, sheets, curtains, comforters, and pillows. I love it thanks to the wonderful staff Jamie, TL, Cheynne, Corena, Mr. Roberts, and Mrs.Mageret who made the shopping experience wonderful at BBB.

The cashier rang up my items. I used a %off coupon for each of my 6 items. She did not tell me that 2 of my coupons were rejected til after I had paid. I told her I had 2 other coupons that I could use if she could return the 2 items that rang up regular price. She pondered over what to do, then finally called someone to help. The 2nd person couldnt help. Finally the 3rd person figured out how to void the previous transactions and refund my money. The 1st cashier commented in an unpleasant voice that the the items were already on sale( referring to me wanting to use each coupon). She was very unsure of how to void a transaction. And I did not like her comment. If I can save 10 cents by using a coupon I will. I also did not appreciate being followed around while I shopped. Which was another experience I had on this trip. I think receipts should have name of the cashier but I did not find her name. Most cashiers are nice and courteous but not the one who checked me out today. Today ...BAD customer service!

It is a very good place to shop. Reasonable prices high end items. Lots of inventory. Good place to buy virgin olive oil made by taste and company and hard to find. Great cookware.

Their service was fantastic. Excellent prices for top brand products. And store layout is easy to look around in everything was organized neatly.

Customer service on floor, displayed lack of understanding of my needs. Less than engaged. I have a traditional house, you have foundation colors to build on. TOO MUCH CREAM she said. Offered bright yellow, other very bright colors misc colors. For a traditional bath? Seemed not interested to help me meet my goals...for MY house. I finally made my way by getting help from front service counter, which was 5 stars.

Nice clean oranganized. They have what seems like everything you would want for your home and even a pet section. The employees were helpful. Will return to do more christmas shopping.

Has some pretty cool stuff that seems to be only available there, at least in jonesboro. Prices are average or slightly high.

Needed to buy a comforter for new bed couldnt decide on the choices as they were all very good prices. I found one $59 for a king size bed I went into JCPenney and they were over $160 on sale I know where Im going to shop for now on.

Home decor options a plenty.My specific items are usually a miss. Browsing is always a good thing.

Not as great a selection as I expected. More like a fancier Dollar General with even more as seen on tv stock. Prices did seem fair, and what they didnt have an employee told me exactly where I could get it. So I will be bringing my business here again.
