You could not ask for a more polite group of people but unfortunately being late on every order does not make up for it. Over two weeks late on the first order and over a week on the next. They lost all my door measurements and baseboard order and so I had to go and remeasure the house. They do not update you to let you know items will be late you have to be very proactive in contacting them in order to know what is going on with your purchases. I wish I could rate higher but I cannot.
