I want to give a big shoutout to Brad Sawyer, Jonesboro Tech Lighting staff, for going above and beyond the call of duty to help a Sr citizen couple who is self quarantined. I needed some switch plates, a measly total cost of $5.59.Brad came outside, to my husband in his vehicle, to take and process the order. TEC Electric is a great showroom, and they do a great job of helping the customer find just the perfect light fixture or lamp for their residence. However, they do not repair lamps. I Googled Lamp Repair, Jonesboro, AR. and Google sent me to TEC Electric. The fault totally rest with Google, but if the reader desires to have a lamp repaired, rewired, etc., dont waste your time at TEC Electric.
