I had a problem with one of the employees who came to my home; but did not repair my garage keypad. I just accepted this; and months passed. Over the course of months; I was locked out of my home twice. I am a walker user and diabetic. After the second time and once my brother came from his job with the spare garage opener for me to enter my home, I called in my complaint and spoke with Jason who listened to my entire unpleasant experience with the previous employee and being locked out twice. Jason sent another employee out to my home the SAME DAY I spoke with him. THANK YOU JASON AND VERNON for replacing my keypad. Thank you both for your compassion, speediness of service, efficiency and overall professional!!!
