My fiance bought my engagement ring there. I sent it in to get downsized a few sizes, thinking it would take a few days at most. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks but probably less because their jeweler was ahead. Its been almost a month and they still dont have it. Its a beautiful ring but I would just love to have it back.

We purchase most of our jewelry from Zales in the Jonesboro Turtle Creek Mall and get our cleanings done here as well. Nice staff, they carry quality jewelry. The sales both in-store and online are always great. We will continue to be Zales customers for many years to come.

It seems more like stripers work there then professionals I couldnt believe how much skin they show
