Harps has the best baked goods of any grocery store Ive ever tasted. Birthday cakes and such can never be bought anywhere else after having tried Harps bakery.

I really love this store my husband is a recovering cancer survivor .We go get his check ups once a month. We always stop by here because he loves their Chicken Strips. They also have get customer service in the fuel department and in the store.

Disappointing. Took my friend to pick up a few items to prepare a special salad for birthday meal tomorrow. The produce shelves contained pitiful broccoli, green peppers, and no red or yellow peppers. I was shocked. Maybe you had not received some shipments today. Even so, what you had on the shelves this afternoon were NOT of a quality I would have expected.Also, although we werent shopping for bakery items, they were sparce. K will say that hour meat items looked nice and fresh.

Disappointing. Shopped there based on reviews of meat. The ribeye was tasteless, and the pork roast smelled old. Other than that it was ok.

Kind of pricy, limited produce and meat. Convenient to the neighborhood. You can fill you gas tank also.

Best cupcakes in town. Ask for the butter cream frosting. Dont waste your money on high end cakes other places. Go here instead and prepare to be impressed. Strawberry is our favorite but theyre all good.

Nice store and easy to navigate. Some items are a little expensive. I purchased some of JJ’s cherry pies and they had no filling. Come to find out they were expired by a few years 😅 I’m sure it was just an oversight but displeasing nonetheless.

This place has a really good meat section, better than the local Wal-Mart and relatively at the same price. They also have a good pick 5 section in the meat area.

Great customer service, they go over and Beyond to try and assist you. The best thing I liked today was all the battery operated scooters were fully charged and ready to go. Hello I seen a few workers walking around with cleanser on them and a rag. That means Safety First

Really bakery!!! You took a paper stuck it to a white cake and charge me $45 for that u didn’t do any design or nothing around it for border this cake is so ugly and I will never my another cake from you again that’s fo r my son 2nd birthday and he deserved way more than a rectangle picture on his big day !!!!

Great experience! I locked my keys and cell phone in my car at the gas pump. In spite of the fact that my mask was also in the car and we were in full blown COVID, the my very kindly allowed me to use their phone to call to get it unlocked.

They make the best birthday cakes!!! Very moist and sooooooo tasty. I drive well over an hour just for their cakes and cupcakes..

I enjoy their selection, and Harps is where I have bought my groceries for almost three years. However, today while I was checking out none of the three cashiers were wearing a mask. I feel this is very irresponsible during a pandemic.

Expensive!

Bought some fruit yesterday and put it in the fridge as soon as I got home. Went to eat it this morning and its molded ! All the bottoms of all of it was molded. Their food is NOT fresh. My fridge was at a decent temp. Gross!

Love this grocery store. They normally have the hard to find items. Their bakery is the best. All custom cakes, cupcakes and etc is 99% of time made fresh with order . Always been very pleased with service. Also have fuel station that has best price per gallon on fuel. Rewards program is also available.

Harps is an excellent place to shop because I found everything I needed and one place.

Came up in here to pick up some chicken strip, the deli had already took the hotcase down at 7:38pm. Disappointed.

This store is so homey! The workers speak to you and carry on conversation. They have no problem helping you find things. Love love the reduced produce. Their pick 6 for 25 is pretty good. Some items are a little higher than Wal-Mart and I have to go somewhere else for 1 item. Besides that its right down from my house and convenient.

They don’t answer the phone ever, employees don’t offer help. There’s usually one or two cashiers working and everything is scattered.. Other than that clean store.

I go to this store for alot of reasons. One of my favorite things here is the meat sale they have every few weeks apart. You can score alot of good deals on the meats we all eat. Another attractive deal they have is Fried chicken special on Monday and Wednesday is their rotisserie chicken deal. The chickens are really juicy and bigger than the other deals you get from say Walmart. The other items there are so so. Some are the same price as their competition and some are lower. You just have to catch them the right time. The store is clean they restock their items properly. They even have a gas station in the parking lot that matches the one at Kroger. Give this place a try and see if you agree. Its well worth the visit.

Employees are always friendly, store is always clean, and they always have exactly what I need. Ive shopped at Harps my entire life, since my mom would take us when we were kids. And even now that Ive moved across town and there are about 10 stores closer, I still go to Harps!

UPDATE: lost a star because the past two cakes I have ordered from them have been less than satisfactory. The most recent one, for a one year old, was made with regular icing- DESPITE ordering almost a month in advance, drawing the cake out and labeling whipped icing colors and specifying WHIPPED icing. The “birthday” in happy birthday is almost unreadable and the frosting on the backside of the cake is sloppy. The cake prior to this one was a complete embarrassment. Completely unreadable. Cake broken. And icing on cake exact opposite of what I ordered. Lol. So, I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. Maybe other people will have better experiences with pre-ordered cakes.....Best bakery in town. I would highly recommend their bakery over any other bakery in a 50 mile radius. Excellent wedding cake. Exceptional strawberry wedding cake- uses real strawberries. Various flavors available for birthday cakes.Deli is fantastic! I prefer using their deli over other delis for catering events. Individual pricing on deli sandwiches aren’t very competitive, so I wouldn’t recommend having a sandwich made at Harps unless you are in a crunch. Their deli per pound is also slightly higher than other grocery stores, but the quality is much better. Recommend the deli for platter catering and for deli meat by pound.Produce is fantastic. Very fresh.All other food items are higher than other stores.

Harps home delivery service is horrible they finally broke me from using them tonight after they left a ham, chicken and a cake out of our order sending us in the rain to Bills to complete the order for a family get together,

Absolutely the worst bakery in town. They have ruined a cake ordered for a birthday and this past weekend a cake for baby shower. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They even argue with you rather than offer a discount.

Superior customer experience. Love that u can give ur kids a piece of fruit while in the store on Harps. Also love that they keep carts in the produce isle at the back of the store in case u get more items than intended.

Today was our 3rd week shopping here, the place is always clean and the prices are great.

I ordered a cake told them them the colors and to just do whatever decoration that would look good and all it had on it was happy birthday I could have​done that myself. Then the cigarettes I was going to buy were from last year.

My wife and i not only do our shoping here but also eat the chicken and liver meals they serve. Awesome.
