Very helpful a lot better than dealing with a major chain store like Lowes or home Depot friendly atmosphere handed down the part I was looking for and they did not have it but was able to rebuild the part that I had carried with me save me about $45

The store was full off friendly people when it opened. With last several visits that has not been the case. If you hate your job or your customers that bad quit. Im tired feeling like you wish I wasnt there while I am spending money in your business.

This store is wonderful to have close by. I’ve been here several times with DIY projects and there’s always a friendly/knowledgeable employee eager to help. Prices are competitive, the store is clean and well stocked, and the people are top notch. I’m thankful for a locally owned/operated hardware store that not only meets the need; but over performs the big box retailers who couldn’t care less if you come back.And the curly headed one is handsome.

Randy who helped us get our mosquito blowers to the right place to get serviced was amazing informative fast and friendly. Then Danny the mechanic called me to tell me what he had done and was going to do. Absolutely fantastic service.

Exemplary service as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted instantly and offered help finding what I needed. That employee showed me what he thought was the best solution but while I was getting a drill bit he asked his coworker what he thought about it. The two employees worked together to help me find an even better solution to my problem. Thank you fellas! I truly appreciate the assistance today.

First, let me say that this location is very convenient. You can get in, get what you need, and get out. They have a friendly, helpful staff, and are always offering to lend a hand. To their prices, however, are a little on the high side. I guess are paying for the convince. I use them, and usually have a good experience.

Wont ever go back. was looking for carbon brushes for my miter saw and the ladies behind check out didnt know so they told me to ask the man coming up to the front. he had an ace vest on and i asked him about carbon brushes and he just looked like am i supposed to know what that is. so i showed him the old one and he told me that he had never seen anything like that in the store. if a store this size has employees like that i will take my business to a store that at least tries to help you. bye bye hilltop ace.

Just had a key made. Unfortunately, it didnt work. Went back. They made me another key and I was treated very graciously. Always treated well at Ace.

Poor help on the floor, outrageous high prices. The 50lb. bag of quickcrete is about $7.50-$8.00 ea. At Ace. At Lowes the identical product is $2.39 for 50 lbs. ??? Go figure that out. Sounds like taking advantage the public. Wow. The little coupons you send us in the mail really dont suffice. I go to this store when it is an absolute emergency. Not just to shop.

They have all kinds of hardware and even some hard to find items. So if you need anything in the hardware, plumbing and electrical they have some of everything. Plus tools and paint just to name a few.

Very bad service today. First I asked a young man for help and he walked away from him. That was that. Then my five dollar coupon was not subtracted from my bill,so they tried 3 times with my card. The young lady at the register was very polite. Any other time I have been there everything was good.

Lack of interest by employees wasextremely obvious!! Mentioned how the garden plants needed watered & was told even if I told the manager s/he ouldnt care!!!... Isnt that just want a customer wants to hear??!...., makes you wonder how theyd handle a real problem ....Ill take my business elsewhere

I go there for free pool chemical testing and to buy my pool supplies. They are super easy to deal with and they take the guess work out of what and how much chemical to put in the pool.
