My property was recorded wrong (it wasn’t even my house they documented) by them for the county records and Jason Nichols (owner? Manager?) was THE WORST. Pretty much said it was our fault even though our houses are plainly marked and they were 600 square feet off for our house. I wouldn’t trust anyone that can’t do math or read mailboxes. The real estate agents just laughed because this obviously happens all the time and they are known for being awful to work with and turning out even worse results. Can we get a new contract property assessor for Craighead County? He was so unprofessional to even talk to. Avoid him if possible.

Nothing but a hired gun to create tax revenue for a county. Incredibly dumb people to deal with.
